            Family pools built our in ground pool in June 2023. The build of the pool was riddled with problems from the start. To start, *********** dug the pool too close to the house construction. The dig only allowed one foot clearance from the deck stairs to the pool. When we questioned and asked the manager (****) to come and assess, he failed to do so. The next day, they continued with construction of the framing and rebar despite our concerns. When we contacted **** again to assess as it was too close, he finally came and agreed. The pool was moved out 3.5 feet., then they proceeded to charge us $3500 for this move. Installation of the electric wiring was done incorrectly according to code. The pool heater and electric was too close to the house electric service panel. We stopped the their electrician until **** could assess. He never came and it failed inspection twice. The pool heater was too close to the electric service panel. Now, they are trying to bill use extra for the cost of the electrician. Electric was part of the pool quote. It was their error. Our pool pavers, limestone; which we paid extra for are breaking and moving. Prior to the warranty expiring on the stone we contacted family pools (May and Sept) with the problem. They assured us the stone issue would be repaired before the end of the warranty (November). They attempted to fix some of the stones but told us they would return to complete. Between December and January we communicated with them requesting when they will return to complete the work. They have ignored our calls. **** eventually sent my husband a text basically stating that they won't complete the work unless we pay the electric bill for their mistake on the position of the pool equipment. We are seeking to have our paving stone issues fixed by this company. We have all the Communications from this company including many other issues that arouse from their pool construction and overall lack of supervision.

            I recently had the pleasure of working with ***** from Family Pools, and I couldnt be happier with the experience. ***** was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and patient as we navigated the pool buying process. They took the time to understand our needs and preferences, and found us the perfect pool at a reasonable price. I highly recommend ***** and Family Pools for anyone looking to buy a pool
