I started with Connectwise in the hopes of using their services for my budding MSSP business, onboarding was so poorly handled that I canceled the entire thing within a week and a half of signing the agreement. They even got the name of my company wrong and only contacted me to fix it after I requested cancellation. This company is by far the worst in terms of partner service. They are scavengers looking to lock you into a contract without fulfilling their end of the bargain. I had two contracts under negotiation when I signed with them and onboarding was so slow and complicated that both contracts terminated negotiations. Thank you for nothing Connectwise. oh as a bonus I was billed $2500 for a week and a half of poor and unusable service. And every effort to cancel has been responded to by an invoice or a runaround. "We will review your request and send it to the appropriate team" - I have spent the better part of the last week attempting to cancel a service I have never been able to use. Connectwise Control App was used to remotely take over my 87 yo fathers computer by scammers who successfully stole several thousand dollars. We had to destroy the computer. Please be aware this app is being used to ******* elderly of money.Review from John G

ConnectWise hired my business to help revamp their product. After successfully delivering the state goals, ConnectWise cancelled the contract without cause and has refused to pay invoices for work completed before the contract was cancelled. While providing services for ConnectWise, I was able to see the company's culture first hand. It is a culture of blaming, finger pointing, and lying. Directors, GMs, and even C-Suite compete against each other in petty political games rather than seeking to improve customer or business outcomes. Because of this, the ConnectWise products are the worst in class and the company routinely fails to meet its promises to Partners, Customers, Vendors, and Employees. Do not do business with this company, they are scoundrels.Review from Fares H

We purchased ScreenConnect and a very affordable cost when compared to other solutions. Minimal support needed and when I did have questions, they were quick to respond with solutions.Review from Ryan H

We wanted to utilize ConnectWise to expedite proposals, have a descent CRM, and manage service tickets. We were promised that it would work for our business and that it would be able to pull vendor information for quoting. However, we were not expecting the lengthy implementation, that we needed a public facing Exchange server, or that we would receive bare minimum explanation on how to set up integration of our billing, emails, and vendors. Once we realized that this would not work for ** we asked for cancellation. Keep in mind there is no verbiage on the contract about not being able to cancel. This has drug on for months, now we are being told that we have to finish out our subscription. This is the most garbage company I've ever worked with. There is no way we are going to keep paying after all this. needless to say lawyers are getting involve.My advice, spend your money elsewhere, stay away from this company.Review from Maxwell A

Awful products. Sales team over promises and under delivers. They hold partners to contracts because their products cannot hold their own. Their Support Team is only for issues that can be also resolved by non tech employee, send you a documentation from their university for your reference, this is how they help the clients issues. They should be ashamed to call them a "support team". Chargeable team would be the best fit. They are offering a NON WORKING HORRIBLE RESULT Report Writer Reports for the client to use and when the time a NON Tech user will ask them with a NON working report, they will always forward you to their professional services team that could assist with but this work with them is BILLABLE. Paying a thousand dollars platform that will charge you more if you reach out for a help.Review from W. S.

Marketed a non-existent capability. Their own engineers admitted there are no plans to develop the purchased capability. Still attempted to charge us for a full year, despite there being no possibility of their product satisfying our requirements. Spent six months dealing with offshore "help desk' to clear the fees (no refund for initial payments, despite the capability misrepresentation) and Connectwise now harasses with notifications to sign off on a fraudulent document stating that they'd satisfied our requirements. copying CEO doesn't help rectify the situation. No choice but to turn to the courts.Review from George I

Their support is absolutely horrible! You can't reach anyone besides going into a chat or sending an email and rarely you get a solution! If you try to call them, rarely anyone answers the phone, even if your ConnctWise software is not working, no one is available! Their answer to everything is "Submit a ticket and somone will get back to you" Good Luck waiting to hear back from someone within 8 hours or less - it's more like 48 hours or more! We've had an issue for the last 3 weeks, and still no solution! Apparently their development team is in India and they operate on a different time zone, so trying to talk to someone there to get an update is not an option. Trying to reach a manager to file a complaint is nearly impossible! This company was once great, but now, a complete failure!ConnectWise, LLC Response

We have tried to implement ConnectWise Sell to improve the sales department in our company. We signed up with Sell based on the advertisement which we received from CW associates. The onboarding process was very confusing and difficult for our VP of Sales, not to mention to our sales team. We have been patiently waiting to have a proper training which would let us be comfortable with the software. We had to pay for the training, commit time of our employees, trying to figure out the process ourselves to no effect. The training sessions were spread in time in slots of around 1h each for multiple months. During this time, we have not used the software at all and were billed for it. We realized that this product and the support is not wort our time, effort and money and decided to cancel the subscription with a request of the reimbursement for the months we had paid. I contacted the support and found out that the cancellation was not possible until the end of the contract which was 6 months ahead. Of course, we were told that the reimbursement was not possible either. The experience with ConnectWise Sell has been very costly and frustrating with no value received. The ConnectWise Sell business model locked us in the contract from which we can't get released. We have not utilized the software at all, we have not used their platform resources, server space etc. We've paid in a good faith for many months of subscription and on top of this we've paid for the training/consultation hours. We wanted to use this product and improve our sales operations. The company took our money and never delivered any value. Please stay away and sped your money elsewhere.ConnectWise, LLC Response
