      I thought it was illegal to try and get information about people due to their credit identity. Such as mother maiden name, father's full name, and city I was born in this all leads back to my banking information. I not asking for anything to do with them. This is my SSDI. My SSN has my info already on it. There is no way I trust someone else besides my personal bank with this information. I'll talk with SS administration and find someone better to represent me without giving another place to be hacked mY info to ruin my life.

      Hello ****, we are sorry to hear that you no longer want our help to get you approved for benefits. At Quikaid, we take our clients personal information very seriously and use state of the art technology to ensure that the personal information of our clients is safe and secure. We have never had a case of "being hacked" or "ruining a client's life" in our 25+ years of operation due to information required to process a claim. We understand the information necessary to process a claim is sensitive, but we need certain information from our clients to obtain medical records and ultimately organize a successful claim. Ultimately, it is your decision and your claim, and we respect your decision. However, we do not agree that our services should be rated 1-star based on our efforts to gather information required to process your claim. Furthermore, we state that we may gather information like this in our signature paperwork, which you read and agreed to via signature, so we are quite surprised to hear claims that this is illegal. Our signature paperwork clearly states:

      "5. I understand Quikaid will be obtaining personal information about me, including but not limited to: (a) medical
      information, including hospitalizations, psychological or psychiatric treatment, drug and/or alcohol abuse, and
      information related to any medical matter; and (b) employment and income information. I understand this
      information may be submitted to private, federal, state and/or local agencies in order to comply with
      government guidelines used to determine eligibility for benefits. I understand once the above information has
      been disclosed by Quikaid, it may be re-disclosed by the recipient and the information may not be protected by
      federal privacy laws or regulations. I hereby release Quikaid from any and all legal responsibilities or liability
      which may stem from the disclosure of any personal information."

      Again, we are sorry to hear that you do not want our representation services due to this alone. And again, we ultimately respect your decision and wish you the best of luck.

      Very helpful getting my claim approved. They took care of getting medical records and all the paperwork that needed filed. They helped prep for and attended the hearing. It is a very overwhelming process but they made it easy for me. Thank you!

      SCAM OUTFIT !1.It's extremely impossible to reach anyone 2.They hide behind your customer portal that they never ever update 3. They do not return phone calls as their phone system prompt says they do 4. Your social security benefit claim will be denied and they won't even be aware of it. 5. They will play games and run out your Appeal time causing your whole application to be in vain. 6. They lie and say it is a 4-5 month process When its really a 7-9 + months process because they aren't doing anything on your behalf.GOOD LUCK!

      At Quikaid, we strive to provide assistance and support to all our clients, regardless of their circumstances. We understand that navigating through processes can be overwhelming, especially during times of distress. We do care about our clients and its disheartening to hear you say that we don't. We'd like respond to your points below:

      1. We have multiple ways for our clients to reach us, phone, email, fax, mail, text message, etc. We have a 95% call answer rate that is heavily monitored and recorded. I can see in our phone log system that we have in fact spoken with you multiple times. 

      2. If there are no updates from the SSA, or if we have not yet received mail regarding an update, our portal reflects that. We do not make updates to our clients portal until there are verified updates directly from the SSA. The majority of our clients appreciate this, as we are fully transparent and would never, under any circumstances, update a portal profile to reflect an update that has not been verified. 

      3. We certainly do return phone calls for all of our clients. In fact, we have spoken with you eleven times via phone call, as shown in our system that records and documents phone conversations with our clients. 

      4. As we've already mentioned to you via text message on 3/13/2024 at 4:56 PM, its is very common for clients to receive mail from the SSA before we do. Naturally, you are closer to your local field office than we are, so our duplicate document will take longer to arrive. 

      5. We would never, under any circumstances, 'play games' or 'run out' your appeal time. We want you to be approved for the benefits you deserve as fast as possible. 

      6. We (nor any representative) cannot force the SSA to work on any claim, as they process claims on a 'first come, first serve' basis. It is no secret that the SSA has been backlogged since the COVID 19 pandemic, and they have even publicly stated this. 

      We understand this process can take longer than anticipated, and with the SSA backlogged, it can feel like nothing is happening. Rest assured, this is not the case and we are working to do everything we can to get your claim approved. Its important to note that we are your ally in this process, not your enemy. We understand that these can be hard times for our clients, but calling us scammers and saying we do nothing does not help in any way.

      I must say quick Aid did an amazing job getting my disability, I was likely one of the most uncooperative clients they had and I still won, ( going through some depression).if you need disability as I did my advice is use them.Good luck ,**************
