WITH ONLY 16 COMPLAINTS IN 3 YEARS, THAT IS ONLY ONE IN 500 CUSTOMERS COMPLAINING... INDICATING 499 ARE HAPPY. THE UNDERLYING CAUSE IS THOSE FEW PEOPLE WHO WANT EVERYTHING NOW... WE PROCESS RETURNS WITHIN 48 HOURS OF RECEIPT AND ISSUE REFUNDS TYPICALLY WITHIN 1 WEEK- AGGRESSIVE ACTION IS TAKEN TO ENSURE SATISFIED CUSTOMERS.
