******* * This is possibly the worst business and place to live in the entire county of Pinellas. This apartment complex associated with the Breyley apartments is poorly run, and they have no customer service once so ever, since they don't even have staff available on the premises. everything is central to the MacAlpine office.Staff kept changing constantly and no one is ever available to take your call. Emergency maintenance is a joke, as I was once, 4 days without air conditioning due to the fact that no one would come to fix it, Some of my packages got lost/stolen, the rules do not applied to any of the tenants, since I spent months if not a year complaining to the noise and disturbance of the neighbor upstairs, without getting any results.Thrash was left on the premises on the porch weekly making the place smelling awful, but no action were taken, only emails were sent, that honestly was insulting to the good behavior customers. Every time someone would enter the premises for maintenance, they would leave the place filthy and not clean after themselves, it occurred twice with the exchange of appliances. Stories of people overdosing on drugs on the premises and fights breaking in the pool area was the last straws that pushed me to move out. Macalpine place and the Breyley apartments are by far the worst run apartment complex I have ever lived in without a doubt. This may read as a scorned ex-tenant trying to get revenge, but do yourself a favor and take heed of what I say here. I truly hope that someone will read this and have an inspection on how this awful place is run. DO NOT LIVE IN THIS PLACE OF HORROR, AND DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND FIND ANOTHER PLACE TO ENJOY YOUR TIME OFF.
