I just wanted to say thank you to Westcoast Management for coming into the ********************* to help us become a better community. Bonaventure was at a low point with a previous property management that was never there to help us. Westcoast Management helped guide us through a difficult time. A previous president of the *** over spent the communities money which she left the community with an assessment from her over spending of community funds. Westcoast Management helped our community guide the board through this difficult time. We have come out better and our community is thriving with Westcoast Management's help.

I can honestly say I am so pleased working with West Coast Realty. They were very professional and helped me buy and list multiple properties, and managed my Rental Property. It was such a relief to have their vast knowledge and keep it rented, AND tremendously helpful when an eviction needed to take place. Great Company!

We trust our our property to WestCoast from over 5 years to improve our community but unfortunately it has going downhill very fast, several buildings has not walls and owners are living in hotel. The landscaping and paint of the buildings have been promised, year after year, of getting done and over 3 years has passed and still is not done, dead shrubs and water intrusion all around the whole property. The secretary WestCoast has assigned to work onsite is completely rude, yelling at owners and disrespecting them.As an owner, we paid to be managed and kept the community, uniform, pretty and clean but the owner are the ones that has to take pictures given names, date, unit number of the violator in order for the manager to sent a violation otherwise is not done.They are the "EXPERTS AND PROFESSIONAL" but the owners are the one working for them.Very rude people work in this company, are experts in harassing and discriminating against owners. The association has been sued several times thanks to their ineptitude to solve problems. Their only concern is to get their paycheck.Very disappointed in Westcoast because we PAY to have a peace of mind not to do the job we are paying them to do..
