COSTING ME THOUSANDS DUE TO THEIR NEGLIGENCE! Every interaction with this companies managers has been awful. I own a condo in ***** and am treated as a nuisance any time I call or email. Responses are rarely timely and consistently short and rude. As an owner PAYING for this company, I am submitting for the termination of our associations contract with them. Truly awful experiences with **** and ****** from the *********** and Clearwater offices. I have been trying to find emails of their upper management to inform them but haven't found the contact information yet.

Resource Property Management took over my condominium, and what was once a beautiful, friendly, and well-run building is now deteriorating, dirty, and covered in mold. I am in the midst of a plumbing emergency that has left the unit below me with a leaking ceiling and me with a bathroom that cannot be used. Despite my hiring two plumbers to check for issues, RPM ignored my emails for help determining where the leak originated. Subsequent plumbers cannot take the necessary steps to determine if the problem stems from the main stack or building lines. Any other management company and HOA would have immediately hired a leak detection company and someone to cut into the drywall to find the issue. RPM chooses to ignore any requests for help. Hopefully, the main branch will answer my most recent attempt to seek help. If they do, I will revise this review.

Beware of this Property management company. They are ripping thier owners off at St Andrew Cove1 off Keene Road. FYI do not buy a condo here or anywhere that this Property management manages. They spend the minimum amount of money for ground work. They do nothing in the ugly laundry room. They don't care they just care about your monthly fees to line thier pockets. I have to move because I was being harassed for 3 years from a felon upstairs.

One of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. ****, ignorant, inefficient, incompetent and disreputable are the words that come to mind to describe my experience with them as well as having been out and out lied to by their staff.

*************** V condominiums **********,** ************************* area near the pool and around the pool also the entire building 901 Block next to pool. There are so sprinklers working. The landscapers come and really are mowing dirt and weeds. Building 8 is in the same position. Common area in front of building 8 and 9 newer planted trees are listing over as the posts holding them are all down, loose and those newer trees are falling over. Again no sprinklers there are working in the common ares around those two buildings *************** which is at the Cul de sac end of ********* Maybe they can communicate with ** as we have a bulletin board in the mailbox area, Pool umbrellas broke and were never replaced. I live in a condominium building in ***************, *******. This building is presently being managed by Resource property management out of ******** *******. This company has been managing this building for approximately six years. I must say I have never seen this building so filthy or in such disrepair in the 40 years that I have been in this building.. The quality of workmanship that comes from this company is pathetic. Recently, maintenance has repaired walls in the hallways that were peeling. The repair job was so bad that it must be completely redone. The walls that were peeling, were simply painted over. There was no spackle involved and the paint used was a different color. This is totally unacceptable. We paid for these repairs and when speaking with resource stating that the repairs need to be done again it should be their money that pays for it this time. The carpeting in the hallway always used to be shampooed three times a year, this company has yet to do it. I asked the boss to come to our building and take a tour, but no. I have found that there employees to not tell the truth, they tell you what you want to know. We have gone from full-time managers to part Time or portfolio managers and simply having an admin in the office that would answer to a manager. It is common place to have missing door staff that calls out sick etc. and staff is never replaced. Door staff in ********* used to always be dressed in black and white it it is a slight touch of professionalism . However now the way the staff dresses you cant tell who is who nor do they dress professional in anyway. The staff also does not know rules or regulations of the property I have argued with the staff about rules and they get angry and nasty. This is what we pay for! Anyone thinking of this company RUN!

ZERO X ZERO. This is THE MOST UNRESPONSIVE DISGUSTING company on the planet. They NEVER return phone calls! They do business in a mean mode. They took over and they immediately started sending late notices and harrassing the people who live here. They supposedly MANAGE over 300 communities. How many calls should it take to not reach anyone? In the short time they have been in our community the quality of everything is in the sewer. The trees are never trimmed. Personal gardens are destroyed. The fence is broken and falling down. They never fix it. They tore out all the gorgeous bushed that lined the fence. I am appalled by the lack of professionalism. If anyone even thinks about using this company, they need their heads examined.
