      Property Manager was great and easy to work with. House was clean and they fixed all problems before we moved in or right after. I would greatly recommend this agency.

      It wasn't all bad. I found this property in the s tampa area 2 years ago . It was great for my growing and vet family . We always had great communication and rent paid on time. It wasn't until a year- ish prior where the relationship changed out of nowhere and was really confusing Then out of nowhere we got a termination/non renewal. We were very hurt and so was my community of friends. The response was the owner no longer wanted to do business with the property management. It was recently brought to my attention from the community that the house was back on the market for rent by the same property team . We were never given the opportunity to extend our lease with a rent increase which we may have done.

      Where do i start. I saw a home listed on zillow, i had three simple questions for the real estate agent assigned, which was Kelly L. Is there a washer/dryer included on this rental? How big is the master bedroom? (because property is occupied). Any other fees other than rent, water and electricity? It took this real estate agent 4 DAYS to respond to my questions. She answered only the question about about the fees and said she will find out on the others ones... Which she did not answer...

      Property looked nice so i texted her for application, no response. Went on zillow and filled out application. Let agent know i filled it out and she quickly replied and says it has to be through Dennisrealtyrentals.com. At this point, I am upset because i did the zillow application as thats where they posted it. Zillow had a fee and ran my credit. Kelly says she will not use anything on zillow and has to be on their website. I go on there website and they charge $60 for every person in the house!!!! Not only that but a ($75 Tenant processing fee) Per Household after acceptance. For just me and my spouse that would be 120+75+zillow fees.

      I tried to reach Kelly with no response, so I called the management company. Spoke to the manager that told me that they are not in anyway associated with zillow and that they do not post there homes on zillow. Says zillow, will publicly acquire the rental information and post it for them, and that they are not contracted or associated or use zillow in any way.. Then she tells me if I am not happy on the fees I payed and not please that the real estate agent has latency, that I should avoid renting any house from them in any way!!!

      I own two homes in Orlando and am only moving because of job promotion. I would never in my life let a property management company like this manage any of my properties or rent from them. Think about how many people they will be excluding with fees and horrible management attitude.. Horrible horrible company

      Hello ****** We hope you were able to find a property that would suit your needs best. Enough time should have passed to observe the industry standard when it comes to fees for service such as screening. Property Management companies are under contract with a third-party screening company who do charge a fee for service. As a fellow Landlord, you can understand why our private landlords choose not to absorb these fees. Thank you for bringing this situation to light as it was evident that we needed to add another layer of call handling assistance for our in-demand property managers as our busy summer season is quickly approaching. We understand yours and our community's need for prompt responses as our housing shortage has created an environment of dire need and extreme competition. Due to our extensive marketing tools and the MLS, each property we put on the market results in hundreds of calls making offering top customer service to the incoming inquires very difficult to maintain. We apologize for not responding in a timely manner.

      Due to the extremely low inventory of housing, sites that usually charge a fee to post listings, are often pulling brokerage's listings without consent to boost their own website's inventory. What would their website look like without an abundance of listings? "The Giant" is not the only website out there doing this and although we appreciate the exposure, their site is creating a negative experience for their tenant clients.

      As a public service announcement please use this review as a WARNING to PROTECT YOUR IDENTITY! Tenants are falling victim to national rental sites' tactics to collect their sensitive information such as social security numbers, driver's license numbers, addresses, etc. Read the fine print! Better yet, head directly to the source! If you find a property online that you are interested in head directly to that property management company's website to inquire about the property. Call their office directly. Ask if the property is even still available. In addition, there are individual scammers stealing listings off of these national rental sites and posting them as their own. These scammers move innocent families into vacant houses that they do not own, and they disappear with their money! Licensed real estate brokerages are under contract with screening companies stipulating sharing credit reports are prohibited. The small business will never be successful in fighting "The Giant". All we can do is get the word out.
