            I rented from All County Property Management December 2018 through June 2022; 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Throughout the entire time living at the property I had numerous issues with the company fixing issues within the house (i.e. plumbing, electrical, rodents, roof). The biggest issue was the roof. It cost me significant financial losses. The owner would often patch up the roof and not fix it. I was forced to throw many items away, many of the items brand new, delivered to the home from the store I purchased it from, which can all be proven! Each time it rain the roof leaked. It got so bad I threw away my $1600+ brand new sectional because I couldnt get the mildew smell out of the couch. In addition, my dining room table that was located a few feet away from the couch was also ruined from the leaking roof and rodents (rats) that came into the home and chewed on my furniture after the hired handyman left the roof open to dry during one of his patch **** Not to mention, the countless garbage cans, sheets, bowls, rugs, and towels I used to maintain the integrity of the flooring. This company kept my entire security deposit and sent an additional bill for $1135 which has now negatively impacted my credit. I was charged a $1500 painting fee, $200 toilet replacement, $300 cleaning fee, and other frivolous charges. This is a complete rip off. The toilet ran nonstop and caused extremely high water bills each month. Each company that informed the owner that both toilets needed to be replaced was fired. Im requesting my full security deposit back and the removal of the bill from my credit. Im able to prove a history of this company neglecting the problems with the roof. Im demanding the contact information for the property's homeowners insurance as I would like to inquire about filing a claim and share what I know about the owners negligence. Lastly, termites appear anytime the porch light is turned on. Gross.
