      The honesty and reliability of this outfit is non existent. when I hired ********** told him to get the keys from former manager, they said they were still cleaning the place even though their management had been terminated a few days earlier Instead of him getting a locksmith and entering he waited for the keys.When he finally enter he called me in Iowa and asked if the property had Appliances. That should have been my first clue that he did not know any thing about property management. The back sliding door had been left unlocked. all appliances and storm shutters were gone! Another property I had with him I asked about the pet deposit he said they used that to repair any damage done by the pet. over the years he could not figure out what kind of pet they had one time it was a dog another it was a cat and finally a giant iguana. I suppose it was the dog or iguana that tore up the carpet by the door and tried to claw threw the door and this was all doors. when **** went to inspect? property he said it was a possible lawsuit. I WAS WONDERING WHO!!! this was just for starters with this guy! $30,000 later I am almost done repairing this guys property managment skills. I am running out of characters or i could go on and on about this guy! DO NOT HIRE IF YOU THINK ABOUT IT CALL ME FIRST I HAVE PICTURES AND RECEIPTS! How do you subtract stars.

      I am sorry that Mr. F******** is unhappy with our services. However there are always two sides to a story and since he has presented his. Please permit me to present ours:
      First of all we were in no way responsible for the theft of the appliances. This happened prior to us taking over management of the house. The prior company apparently left the back slider open. I am not sure why Mr. F******** is blaming us for something that we had no control over. It is our policy to get keys etc. from the prior management company. We are never told to rekey the property by Mr. F********. This property has already sold as it was left in reasonably good condition. It only needed to be cleaned which we deducted from the former resident's security deposit.
      Second, regarding Mr. F********'s other property; The former residents moved in in 2020. Until recently they had been fairly good residents with minimal complaints. The inspections performed showed the property was kept reasonably well however it was also noted that the property needed new carpeting and paint as well as other items replaced. Mr. F******** declined to address any of the items that were noted. Unfortunately the residents saw fit to vacate the property prior to lease ending. They also intentionally, severely and maliciously damaged the property. We had no way of knowing this prior to inspecting the property after the former residents skipped out. I suggested to Mr. F******** to get a police report and charge the former tenants and/or file suit against them. Apparently he chose not to do either and has disparaged us instead.
      Part of being a landlord or having rental properties is assuming the risk of having residents that go bad. We do try our best to screen residents prior to placing them however sometimes residents just turn bad. This can happen for many reasons.
      Either way I am sorry that things worked out the way that they did and wish Mr. F******** the best going forward.

      Very negative experience. Unresponsive to emails, does not answer questions, does not take care of tenant, takes money and does not explain, statements do not agree with payment. NOT recommended!!!

      Hi Anne,

      I am sorry that you feel this way about us. When we took over your property the prior manager had allowed it to become a crack house. We got the house back to rent ready condition and have maintained it the best we were allowed to since. We then managed your property for about 9 years through thick and thin. It was only after the most recent tenant moved in that we began to have issues. You began communicating with the tenant despite the fact that we encouraged you not to do so. Most of the time when this happens the tenant takes things into their own hands and goes around us and tells the owner that they will do this or do that and the owner goes along with it as they do not know the other side of the story. This is what happened here. We have fees that we charge owners and also fees that we charge tenants like most all property management companies. We have always done our best to pay you in a timely fashion. However the tenant decided to begin paying you and not us so we charged a late fee to the tenant which he still has not paid. Also, you terminated your agreement with one weeks notice and not the agreed upon one months notice and the tenant paid you and not us which generated the late fee. Over the years we have always made ourselves available to answer your questions as we do answer our phones but if you do not call how are we to answer? If you had a problem with your statements you simply have to call and we will fix whatever the issue happens to be. But once again we did not hear that there is an issue until the BBB report. We wish you the best going forward and that all is well with you.
