I am 110% satisfied with Cody Pools. My salesperson, Glen P*******, was outstanding! He showed me samples of swimming pools, spas and pool finishes which gave me a good idea of what I wanted and other things to consider for my own pool. From there, he was able to take my ideas and combine them with his own to give me a few design options to consider. After a few tweaks, I decided on my final design. Glen was personable and very knowledgeable about the swimming pool industry, latest equipment and offered a fantastic design that will be easy to maintain and enjoyed for many, many years. Also, my project manager, Rick H*******, has been outstanding. He was great to work with and made the whole process from initial dig to final walk-through a breeze. He always returned my calls/texts and was always available to address any questions or concerns. I couldn't have asked for a better company and team to give me the pool of my dreams. I HIGHLY recommend Cody Pools, Glen P******* and Rick H*******.

Worst company to deal with. I would never hire them to do any pool job. They have **** communications skills. I called to have some questions answered and they had a "Sales Manager" in the tampa location and the manager ****** he seems that he is an older guy and didnt listen when i tried to have a regular conversation with him. This is the **** ***** location in Tampa.

Hired this company to build a pool. 3 years after the completion of the pool, i find out while trying to sell the house, that the builder skipped over two inspections but still took full payment. Now the inspections arent passing because the electrical work wasnt done compliant with building code and the work needed to be completed by a professional hired on my own.

I would give this Company no stars if that was an option. We contracted with them months before our start date to building our pool, they started a year later for the construction of our pool due to. The process tool them 10 months to complete the pool from start to finish. The expected time for a pool project is 16-18weeks. There was always delays in every step. The worst part is that no one had a clue what was happening, they changed project managers through out the process and sales reps. So we had no one to connect on a consistent bases through the process. When the project started they had submitted for permit without actually seeing the property or confirming what was going to be done or the space they were working with. When they started the and laid the outline we had to question where everything was and what we discussed. They had to redraw the plan and charged us for a re-permit, which made no sense since they never confirmed with us originally. There was always a change in price for something with Cody pools from what we were given. You should always come out and see the site you are going to work on and what is required. This was the start of a very unorganized company. The Process each step only got worse we had a project that should have take 4mo take 10mo. Staff when talked with had no resolution or. knowledge of what next steps or process was to take place. They did however communicated collection of installments when due. Our pool is finally completed, but not the dream pool we initially wanted or thought we were going to get, pretty basic pool, that took almost a year. I wish I had just gone with a more reliable experienced company. Beware if you are in contract with CODY POOLS. I write this for others, as I wish I had some knowledge prior to wasting my time and money with this company.

Although we faced a few issues due to the supply chain, the project manager always kept me informed as to the steps being taken and the next stage of construction. I appreciated that they kept me informed even though it took some time to complete. The end product was just what I was expecting.I want to thank all who were involved in the process and construction . Im very leased with My pool.

Honestly, after a lengthy construction delay, Cody Pools builds a beautifully constructed quality pool. Every contractor was very professional, we’re very knowledgeable for their part of the construction process, & we’re very pleasant. Cody Superintendent, Rick, did a fabulous job, managing our pool construction project We thought we would be swimming sooner, however, Hurricane Ian caused labor delays & material delays with our lanai roof panels, resulted in a 12-13 week stand still on construction. Once everything came together, Cody Pools met our most important deadline, swimming when our 7 year old grand-daughter visited us 6/11/2023. We signed our contract 4/2022, construction excavation started 11/16/2022, pool fill was 6/5/2023, meeting our ultimate goal, swimming by 6/11/23. We can honestly say, although there were construction delays, Cody Pools does a fantastic job with the overall quality of the construction. Cody Pools builds a really nice quality in-ground gunite pool. Overall quality is the most important factor, when building a pool, & makes construction delays seem minimal. Thank you Rick & Cody Pools for our beautiful pool.

I moved down from ** last November. Wanting to put a pool in my yard, I called around to find someone to install one, but no one even called back. While driving down the road last January, I saw Cody Pools and decided to pull in to see what they had to offer. I met with ***** and told him that I was frustrated because of not getting any call backs. He assured me that he would build me a pool. The next day, he showed up at my house, measured my yard and designed a pool on the computer for **. We signed the contract and a week later went to pick out our colors and designs. He told us that we would be working with **** as our ******* and that he would be in contact with us soon.**** showed up in late February and mapped out our yard. **** broke ground in early March and the progress continued from there. Every sub-contractor who showed up was pleasant and professional. They went about their work quickly and efficiently. Our pool was done in less than 3 months and is filled and ready for the summer. **** kept in contact with us through the entire process and made sure that we were completely satisfied. You cannot go wrong with Cody Pools. They stand by what they say and get the job done. Our pool is amazing and looks so good.

Our experience with Cody pools has been nothing short of amazing. ******************* help us pick out and design just want we wanted. **** was our project manager who was always in contact and there for our many questions. Everything went so smooth and quick. Weve heard of others having rough experiences with other companies and we were expecting to have some bumps in the roads..but we didnt with Cody pools. I cant say enough about the contractors that they work with. They were so polite and always cleaning up, as best you can in an open construction site.Pool completed and were now in contact with Cody Pools warranty department. This department does not disappoint! Weve had both ******* and ******** to our pool to get ** up and running and teach ** ************ Theyve both spent as much time with ** as we needed and answered all our questions. The representatives Ive spoke with in this department have also been extremely friendly and communicative.Long story shortwe would highly recommend Cody Pools! We so excited to enjoy our own little slice of paradise.

Horrible company! They started a pool at the ** park where I live from November til April. Cody pools started a pool in 2020. Its 2023 and we still are not swimming ! Excuse after excuse and workers that dont show up for weeks! Weve had 3 raises to our rent which we assumed was to pay for it. Many residents are irate. Stay away from Cody Pools!!!

My husband and I signed a contract on August 27th 2021. We are currently at 14 almost 15 months with work unfinished. I had to contact the plumber myself to get the skimmer connected! 2 months after the pool was filled, Jason( plumber) is amazing and kind! As soon as I called him he came within hours! He is a Rockstar! Eric our project manager is NOT so great! He often refuses to return calls or texts, he states work orders are in (which clearly were not)! Tons of excuses! He has been paid on our work so we are no longer a priority for him or this company! Unorganized and inefficient at best! I suppose he has to many projects going at once! We were told he was the project manager of the year when they switched us to him 3 months in! I find that comical! Cody pools must have low standards! We were to be finished” before summer” I suppose they meant summer of 2023! We still have unfinished work as mentioned previously the skimmer was not connected until today as it was capped so they could “pass inspection “ and get their next round of payment! We have chipped pavers, uneven tile with grout already cracking out, a mound of dirt in the corner of the yard, over spray on our homes exterior walls, possibly a leak , still on chlorinated system (salt system could not occur due to skimmer not be connected) and we still don’t have our in water lounges. We are nearing 15 months, extremely beyond our projected finish date! We have a basic pool just around 10, 000 gallons rectangular in shape! I could only imagine the nightmare we would have if this thing were complicated! The customer service is lacking and work standard is trashI would not recommend using this company! We had high hopes and are very disappointed with this build!
