Took off work to purchase and replace tires. Alignment was included but was never done. A service technician texted me and said rate me all 5's and recieve a free oil change. Had to take off work for the second time for an alignment that was never done the first time, and also have the lumbar fixed. Mind you *** car is nearing to end of warranty, so the back and forth is very convenient to them. Unhappy with the service, I sheduled my car to be seen at another **** dealer. I was coaxed by so.**** who called me on the phone to give Veterans for a second chance. So I did.I tried to cash that oil changen on the second trip back to the dealer. However, when It was time for me to go, there was a bill due. How is this I wondered everything is covered via warranty and the oil change is free but I owe a little over $50.00? *** excuse was we gave you a 25% discount on the oil change. I kept my part of the bargain. Additionally, when I went in the alignment and oil change, the car had approximately ****** miles but after it was serviced, the oil change sticker/reminder advised the next oil change was due at ****** miles. My car needs another oil change after ***** miles? *** cars computer said I had 100% oil life...how is that possible? Either **** recommends oil changes earlier now or I never had an oil change at all but someone pressed a button and reset the computer. So, I must have paid for something that was never done which was supposed to be on the house. *** manager then replied:****, I'm sorry to hear about your experience. I was under the impression we took care of all your concerns and gave you a discount. It sounds like there may have been some misunderstandings or miscommunications here, and I'd appreciate the chance to address any remaining concerns. Pour service had an appointment for 8am I waited 10 hours for them to get 4 tires to veteran s ford. The tires were ordered at 8am. Instead of going and pick them up they had me wait until the delivery truck drop them off they did not care my time was wasted. I will never come back to any ford repair shop or will I ever by a ford again. My number is I am very disappointed in the service I received after spending over 1000 in tires and getting an oil change on top of it.

*****, I am truly sorry to hear about your recent experience. We aim for transparency and clear communication, so its concerning to see that we left the wrong impression. The tire distributor had already place the tires for delivery and there was no way to get them sooner. When you arrived we informed you that it would take all day and offered to give you a ride home and pick you up when the vehicle was ready, but you decided to wait. I bought a used vehicle at Veterans Ford in Tampa. When I arrived, from out of state to get the vehicle, I was told it wasn't ready and wouldn't be for almost another week, even though I gave advanced notice that I was making the trip and was told it was ready. They then showed me a more expensive model listed at $65000 MSRP. I was also told it was a 4X4. Upon returning to Minnesota, I discovered that it was not 4X4 but rather a locking rear differential, and later found out, from my brother-in-law (a car dealer) that the original factory MSRP for that VIN was only $54,610.00. They knew that I was against the ropes and took complete advantage of my situation.Veterans Ford Response

*******, I tried calling you but was not able to reach you and was not able to leave a message. In regards to your review, at the time you purchase the truck you paid $4801 below JD Powers Retail value. The market does change and prices fluctuate based on miles and condition and the market itself. Also, this is the first time I hear about your issues with in regards to the truck not being a 4x4 since you purchased the the truck back in March, and all the descriptions to the truck were online and in the truck's window. Unfortunately my truck was involved in a vehicle accident no fault of mine. Veterans Ford understood the situation I was currently in and because I was in the process of moving out of the state. Not only did I get a great deal on a 2020 F250 pick up truck, they went to the body shop or my truck was and remove my fifth wheel package and my auxiliary tank and installed it into the new truck for me. I dealt a lot with the general manager, Lorenzo and he was amazing. I also worked with a sales associate named Justin and he was extremely knowledgeable about all the trucks I looked at.
Thank you Veterans Ford for making this crazy experience go over so smoothly.
