Most knowledgeable and friendly group of professionals. Quick to respond to questions and easy to talk to. I was nervous about the refinance program but they walked me through it till the end. What I liked was the team attitude. They work together to get all the questions answered. Metroplex did an awesome job providing us with a mortgage on our new home purchase. They were very informed and we even closed 2 weeks early with a USDA loan. I would use them again if I need another mortgage loan!!Review from Donna and Bob L

**** and his team are the best.We have used Metroplex twice, once for a USDA loan and most recently an FHA loan. They are with you every step of the way. They answer all your questions, always a phone call away. They are genuinely happy when you find a house. Closing was in a timely manner, in fact it was a week earlier than the original date! Trying to buy a home in this crazy market is a complete nightmare, but it could have been so much worse had we chosen another mortgage company. I was working with another company at first, but Metroplex came highly recommended by a seller's realtor, so I gave them a call. From first contact until close, they were extremely pleasant to work with, kept us informed every step of the way, and they even made several calls to us throughout the process, just to make sure we were happy and understood everything. Even my experienced realtor was highly impressed with the communication! We were able to get a USDA loan with zero down, which was a tremendous blessing with the house prices as high as they are now. I will be recommending them to anyone who needs a great mortgage company. Thank you Metroplex for making a crazy process so easy!Review from Kristy M

Metroplex Mortgage has exceptional customer service throughout the mortgage process, and they even take care of you after the process is over and done! Sean called me when he saw a great rate opportunity for me. I am now in a 2.25% mortgage! Metroplex eliminates the typical nightmare mortgage hassle most people go through, they are so good and efficient on my first mortgage in Florida in 2017 I did not hesitate to use them the second time in 2021 and could not of been happier, you really are going to close in 30 days hassle freeReview from Anne W
