January 24, 2022 we received a phone call from a company HEIGHTS INDUST, XXXXXXXXXX, on 1/24/22 at 11:57 AM. The call was not answered and was logged in our system as a missed phone call. We received a second call from MAPCO OF FL INC., XXXXXXXXXX on 1/24/22 at 4:24 PM. The Maint Mgr had re-dialed the missed call and no one answered, it is listed as Unavailable, meaning no answer, XXXXXXXXXX on 1/24/22 at 4:24 PM. On January 25, a third call was missed from MAPCO OF FL INC, XXXXXXXXXX on 1/25/22 at 9:37 AM. On January 31st, we received a box of (20) T8 Energy Saver Hybrid LED Plug and Play Light Bulbs from Heights Industrial Supply, Tampa, FL. The packing slip was addressed to our Maint Mgr (By Name) with the invoice and PO number. The Maint Mgr nor the Purchasing Officer did not order the lights. We contacted Heights Industrial Supply and asked who ordered the lights, when were they ordered, and who supplied the PO Number that was listed on the packing slip. Dawn at Heights Industrial Supply stated that our Maint Mgr confirmed the order January 25th, by phone and that he had given them the purchase order number. The telephone system tracks every incoming, outgoing, and missed calls, and no one has not spoken to anyone from either of these companies. We demanded a credit and the product picked up. Heights emailed a FedEx shipping label, to be returned at our expense, and stated that a credit would not be issued until the merchandise was returned. I read the BBB and FTC complaints associated with this company, expressed my concerns by phone with this company, and I have little faith that Heights will issue credit when the product arrives at their facility. I want our agency's name cleared, I do not want future shipments like other BBB reports have reported, and I want our balance to be credited to zero. We did not order this product, What a SCAM!
