One word...nightmare. Not only is Ryan a person who can not manage himself, he can't manage a project. I hired him September 9th to do a small, 200 sq/ft project by my pool. Since that date I've gotten excuse after excuse of sob story after excuse. Just pages and pages via text about money, being involved in lawsuits, hurting his toe, his girlfriend...I've never in my life hired a contractor who has been as unprofessional, disorganized, unprepared as Ryan. He FINALLY said he received my product and wanted to start the job, but after 4 months of back and forth I asked him to provide me a timeline on the original quote he gave me four months ago. Apparently that was too much to ask for, he said "I have other people who want these pavers" If I could attach screenshots of our text thread I would. I have also asked Ryan, the owner, to stop contacting me multiple times and he has not. Stay away...I promise you, you will regret working with this guy, and you'll waste a lot of time waiting for work that won't start or be completed. He also said he's never been given a bad review in his few years he's been open, but he also hasn't gotten a positive review bc his review section is empty bc he has no reviews. Nightmare. Bottom line, he's a nightmare.
