I purchased the whole set of their Euro Cast during a demonstration at Sam's Club. I have had them for a few years. I have taken excellent care and I was the only person using them. I now have several pans and skillets where they are peeling! I NEVER USED anything but silicone utensils on them. I have tried to contact the company getting them to replace them. They are suppose too have lifetime warranty!!! I have not received no communication from them. This set was very expensive. I just knew I could pass them down to my grandson one day. What a waste of money!!!! Now.. I will have too trash the ones peeling. I'm afraid to use them. I'm so disappointed and upset.

Emails have been sent to the customer requesting a valid street address for replacements to be sent. One email on December 3, 2021, and again on January 11, 2022. No response has been received to date. If the customer will provide a valid street ship to address replacements will be sent.Customer Response

I need to make a positive comment about Euro Cast.
It's sad it took going through the BBB, but they did replace my pans. I appreciate Euro Cast for standing by their lifetime warranty. I love these pans and skillets.
I hope my news ones do not peel like the first set I purchased.
I'm excited to cook in them again.
