Affordable *********************************************** came highly rated on ********* so we had them give us a quote - the sales rep **** was genuine, fair and kept his word. The installers were efficient and professional. ***** kept everything moving, and the delivered on time as promised. We couldn't be happier and would highly recommend this organization to anyone in the market. One of the best contractors I've had the pleasure to work with.Review from Renee R

In a nutshell, seriously unimpressed with the professionalism of the owner and salesperson. The office manager was good to communicate with, however she only knew so much. If you wanted to speak with the owner he wanted to communicate through the office manager. I pressed the issue to speak with him. A non-impact-resistant window was installed in my sunroom. The salesperson **** knew I needed nonimpact-resistant windows and door. When I got a quote from a local reputable window company to do the rest of my home windows, it was pointed out to me that the door in my sunroom was not impact-resistant. Which is what I paid for. I text **** twice, no response. Finally, I emailed the owner to replace the door, which they did.My concern is that customers are being sold products of a lesser value or quality than what is paid for.

I have used Affordable Windows to replace our doors and windows at our home and our office. Could not be happier with the communication from ***** (thank you *****) and the install team did a great job on the removal of the old windows and replacement with the new.Review from Diana P

From start to finish this company was great to work with. Organized and punctual communication was top notch. We had a new front door, new oversized slider, and a set of ***** Doors installed couldn't be happier. This is a long term review. I had windows installed 3 years ago and they are still working perfectly. Office is great too. If I do have a service issue, they come right out. It’s been great. Definitely recommend to friends.Review from D. K.

I asked for an estimate to replace the windows of my home with impact windows. The man who called began by asking a few questions. I told him that I heard something about reimbursement by the state for impact windows and immediately he started telling me how much paperwork it is to qualify and how much time it would take. I told him that I had no idea how much it would cost and I would like an estimate either way. He answered me by saying it would be a "waste of his time" to come out and do that. So I told him I wouldn't want to waste any more of his time so thanks but goodbye.This is my 7th house and I've dealt with lots of remodelers and businesses but I have NEVER been refused an estimate because it was a waste of their time. Well, I'm not wasting my time on this company, but I am making sure others know about my experience. My advice is to NOT WASTE YOUR TIME on the arrogance you will encounter here.Affordable Windows & Doors of Tampa Bay Response

Our appointment setter who we have known for over 25 years, and has been employed by ** for over 5 years, at no time referred to the ******* ******* Program as a "waste of time". In fact, nearly 40% of our current business is My Safe ******* related. This person was extremely rude and used profanity over and over again before abruptly hanging up. No one should have to put up with that kind of verbal abuse. All our appointment setter was trying to determine was if this person had applied for the *** program before setting the appointment.Customer Response

It's sad that this business has turned around to accuse me of using profanity. I NEVER used profanity and I was never rude. Obviously, the appointment setter is lying to the owner or the owner is trying to save his **** from any negative reviews. My review was accurate. The owner also had the appointment setter call me back and instead of an apology he went on to explain WHY he said what he did. I had enough at that point and said I did not care to hear why. I said that he represents his boss/company when he talks to people and he didn't do his boss any favors telling me it was a waste of his time and if I was his boss, I would fire him. And then I said goodbye. Obviously, the comment from the business was written by the owner who never heard the conversation so he is taking his employee's word and his employee is lying to save face for losing a large account. Unbelievable how my experience was twisted to make me out like a lunatic when all I asked for was an estimate. No one should have to deal with this drama.Review from shelby S

I have beautiful new windows and doors and I could not be happier. I was dealt with courtesy and compassion throughout the process of measuring and installing. It was wonderful to deal with *****, who held my hand throughout the process.This is a wonderful company to deal with, even when I was wrong they made me right. We recently had two sets of patio doors installed by Affordable Windows and Doors. The servcie from the salesman, the offcie, and the installers was great. We received our doors in the timeframe metnioned by the salesman. The installers were very professional and meticulus. They also cleaned up any debris/dirt after they were finished. We contracted with them for windows in my house in December of 2020. I finally received most of them in November 2021. However, the biggest window was wrong size and I NOW found out they're fighting with the manufacture as to who has to pay for it!!!! I'm demanding my money back for that window because 18 months is entirely too long. However, they're giving me the run around not calling back etc. I'd NEVER recommend this companyReview from Nancy

I had the bay windows replaced in my manufactured home and was more than impressed. The product is fabulous. The install team wouldn't do anything at your place they wouldn't like on their own.
