            In 2016 had 4 windows replaced and upgraded at a cost of $7,847. While rehanging blinds discovered drywall damage from water leaking inside from under frames. Affordable sent a tech and he added xtra holes to all four for drainage. They state the windows need maintainance yearly (like gutters I guess). Although never informed of this it seems to me any neglect (their term) would affect all install......not half. They agreed to do repair at my expense. Contract sumwhat faded but believe they come w/ a 30 yr warranty. Certainly more than 5. Has been a week of phone calls between office and owner and today was their decision.             In a nutshell, seriously unimpressed with the professionalism of the owner and salesperson. The office manager was good to communicate with, however she only knew so much. If you wanted to speak with the owner he wanted to communicate through the office manager. I pressed the issue to speak with him. A non-impact-resistant window was installed in my sunroom. The salesperson **** knew I needed nonimpact-resistant windows and door. When I got a quote from a local reputable window company to do the rest of my home windows, it was pointed out to me that the door in my sunroom was not impact-resistant. Which is what I paid for. I text **** twice, no response. Finally, I emailed the owner to replace the door, which they did.My concern is that customers are being sold products of a lesser value or quality than what is paid for.
