Avoid at all costs, use Amazon for easier shipping and better customer support.

Your order was placed well after our cutoff time for same day shipping on Friday, July 1st. Subsequently, due to the July 4th holiday weekend, we were not back in the office until July 5th. Your order was scheduled to ship out that day, however you called our office and verbally assaulted our customer service representative with a profanity laced tirade because the items were not able to arrive by the time you wanted them to due waiting until the last minute to place an order. You asked that we expedite the shipping, which unfortunately we are unable to do with our products as they contain compressed gas and cannot travel by aircraft as they are classified as hazardous materials on aircraft and can only travel by ground transportation.
We are sorry that you feel that your needs were not met by our company, but a lack of planning on your part does not necessitate an emergency on our part.Customer Response

I told them that if they couldn't guarantee my shipment went out that day that I would need to cancel. They were already in the process of cancelling my order when I said that. As I'm hanging up the csr yelled something at me so I emailed in and said I'll never buy from your POS company again, a single email has now turned into a "profaniity laced tirade" and I am considering legal action due to the falsehoods that can be proven with their own customer service phone recordings.Waterline Marketing Company Response

I am not sure what legal action you can pursue, sir. Your order was canceled and the money was refunded to you. We do not record our calls, if we did we would have to make you aware of that prior to speaking with you on the phone. Because your needs couldn't be met because of your tight time window does not make our company a "POS" company. It simply means the time frame could not be met. Your attitude from the first email we received was poor and when we could not guarantee shipment or expedite the shipping you then yelled at our customer service representative. Again, we're sorry we couldn't get the items to you by the time you wanted them because we don't operate on the weekends or Federal holidays and cannot expedite the shipping as the cartridges are filled with compressed gas and can't travel via aircraft. Your claims against our company are simply untrue, and we wish you well in your future endeavors with another company.
