After reading some of the reviews here, I will admit that I was apprehensive about going to see ***** and buying the Firestick. I walked in and I was pleasantly greeted by *****. I didn't see any arrogance, I saw knowledge. People say that they were interrupted and disrespected. That was not the case. When you go to a seminar you wait till the end to ask your questions, which is exactly what this was. ***** wants to explain how everything works and I let him do that. I agreed. I bought the ultimate with ***** channels and options. The next day, I picked up my Firestick and allowed him to do a training along with another lovely lady. I got home, plugged it in, and within a minute I was watching the ***************** play live! I told ************ would give him a great review and he jokingly said, "You'll ruin my street cred!" Eddie (the owner) is the most arrogant person I have ever met. He belittles his customers and calls them names. He told me that he builds Lamborghini engines while I spin lug nuts and air freshener's. I exposed him, so he cut off my service. My service was paid until June of 2022 and he cut it off on November 8, 2021. BEWARE do not purchase any system from him unless you like being called names.Microtek Systems Corp Response

And here is the REAL story,
Miss ******** was a customer with us. At some point she had an issue, but instead of turning to our support group that she is a member off, she started texting me at night on my personal cell phone. I suggested a FEW TIMES that she inquire in our support group and that one of my administrators will be happy to help her. She didn't want to accept that and persistently continued messaging me on my time on my cell number, and her tone turned threatening, because I personally wouldn't attend to her.
Firstly, I don't want to be bothered on my time and in my personal space. And then, I have qualified personnel that is there just for those matters. So I offered Miss ******** to reimburse her for the unused portion of the service, and no hard feelings. She declined that offer, but promptly went on social media and smeared me and my company.
So the decision was made to part ways with this customer. We exercised our right not to work for someone who mistreats us.
Even then, we gave her 2 weeks to find another solution rather than cutting her off and reimbursed her for the unused part of the service, but we don't want her as a customer.
To add to my answer, this woman keeps messaging and emailing with her little threats, and yesterday even called my cell from another number just to yell and curse.
Who needs that, she will miss us a lot more than we will miss herCustomer Response

This man is a liar. I did not continue to text him on his cell phone. I actually called the store number to ask one question and he started to yell at me. My comment to him was "whatever" he then started texting me after he told me not to use his number telling me that he was going to remove me from the group. I didn't care that he removed me from the group because I didn't understand how to use his app anyway. Then he started texting me telling me that he needed to put things into perspective for me that he builds Lamborghini engines while the rest of us Spin Lugnuts and air fresheners. I have never been so incensed and all my life and treated so poorly. I did finally get a check from him yesterday and it was half the amount I should've received. And the reason why I did call his cell phone from a different number was because he had not issued me my money back and I wanted to know where it was. He hung up on me. Miss ****** called from a different number and just yelled "Where is my ******* money", so I hung up. The refund was issues on a Friday and the mailman picked up the check on a Monday. Evidently that wasn't quick enough for this woman.
Outside that, I stand by my original comment and would be glad to share screen shots and phone records if anyone would like to see.
We simply don't want this woman as a customer, at any cost.Customer Response

I absolutely called from a different number and cussed him out. He also still owes me money and only gave me back half of my money, but I am not dealing with this any more. It should also be noted that he got a hold of my new account last week and banned me from my new service. He continues to mess with my tv because he has my previous information. I believe this is against the law and I will be pressing charges if this happens again.
If anyone has any sense, they will stay away from his services. Look him up, I'm not the only one who has had issues with him RUN.Microtek Systems Corp Response

I own the service, therefore I can remove anyone from my servers. And this woman is banned from my system.
We simply don't want her as a customer, and after all her smearing we fail to understand why she is so adamant on getting back in. It's not going to happen.

What does so-called business owner does not understand is that I do not want to deal with him ever again. As I stated before he did not even give me back all of my money and at this point I do not care. He is the worst example of a business owner and people should stay away from him. I do not need to use his services because I have the services of his former wife who actually is the person who taught him. She is kind and patient. If I call her with a question, she does not yell at me. Eddie, even charge me $10 because I lost my password. Who in the world does this? He even yelled at me when I called to ask him for it . As Judge Judy says...."You ate the steak"
You received every penny you were entitled to, including the sales tax. You used exactly 6 months to date, and you were reimbursed exactly 6 months, plus sales tax. And you called the very next day just to yell "where's my ******* money!"
And that's the kind of unreasonable **** we had to put up with from this Karen.
For someone who talks badly about us, she sure spent a lot of time and effort to try to get back on our system. She knows she screwed up, and has tried to manipulate, connive, backstab and threaten her way back in, but we're not having any of it.

When your friends call you a "Karen", that speaks for itself.
Also, since you want to invoke my ex. She is my customer. She buys her product from me. Because she knows me better than this ******, and she knows my ethics, and knows that she is safe with me. And that too speaks louder than any mindless ramblings from this *******.
