Got a quote, scheduled time, email confirmation and then NO SHOW, no call no contact. Typical contractor who wastes your time with no regard. Completely unprofessional.

We showed up to complete the work. Customer was not home. Our technicians placed a business card in the door to show proof we were there. I called the customer several times with no answer. Our technicians also called with no answer. Left voice messages. This is not a typical practice as indicated in the review. This is something we take very seriously and would like to rectify the situation.Customer Response

Had a water leak at our condo. the leak was from the unit above us. We called 3 companies 1 never responded the other 1 was a roofing co. Spoke to ****** set an appointment forgot to tell him We have a hid a key, called I didn't answer my cell phone. I called he said he was not far away. and would send a quote. *********** the technicians were very pleasant & hard working. Did very good job the water damaged ceilings, which looked brand new. Quality Ceiling did a terrible job repairing a ceiling crack in my living room. They attempted the repair three times and each time did damage to other areas in my home. The crack is still visible and I now have spray paint on my front door, railings and balusters, damage to my railing where the paint hose wore a divot in it, and primer stains on my driveway, I was promised that the damage to my front door, railing, balusters and driveway would be repaired but almost 6 months later I am still waiting for these items to be repaired. We are both seniors, my husband a veteran and we feel like we were misled and cheated out of our hard earned money.Review from Deb D

Too much wasn't completed. Sky lights that weren't done and plastic and paint were left way up at least 6ft from the ceiling. My husband is 76 and a disabled veteran..... terrible! Don't say your coming back, and don't!!!Quality Ceiling Refinishing, Inc. Response

Initially, this customer gave us a 3 star review on ******* We immediately started to try to get in touch with her so we could rectify any issue she may have. The phone rings, sounds like someone answers, but never a response. Now that we are seeing this it could be very simple to have one of our technicians to go and remove the small piece of plastic inadvertently left in the skylight also fix any paint issue. Since we aren't able to get through by phone I will show up and see about rectifying any issue.
