We went to Lowes for our kitchen cabinets to be replaced. They contract with cornerstone to do the job. Lets start when they first came out 2 weeks ago. My wife asked about saving our countertops since they were installed about a month before the hurricane. A white gentleman got rude with her (if I was here it wouldnt have happened) and basically told her they werent going there. After they were done he told her ***** would have the drawings the next day. I stopped in at Lowes the following Tuesday and they still hadnt sent it in. He called cornerstone and the lady told him they would be sent over by the next day. I waited till Sunday and guess what no drawings. So I called today and ******* had every excuse you could have imagine. I originally asked for a supervisor but never got one. You know what would have made the situation better? If you guys would have picked up the phone and called ** and let ** know what was going on. But you probably had an excuse for that also. So no I wouldnt recommend this place for anything. Also it looks like ************************* is a busy guy after looking at all these reviews.

I would leave zero stars if I could. After Hurricane Ian, we contracted with Cornerstone to reface our cabinets, we had mold and a lot of damage from the hurricane. The sales person, Chris Menchi, said they are the best and gave me s 5% discount if I pay in full at the time of install. I agreed because he claimed as fo the commercials that they make everything. It took until January to get the cabinets, we paid but they had the wrong cabinet doors and the island isn’t finished. We have called and tried to get help. We paid them 47,000 and I just want it finished so we can move on after this devastating Hurricane.

If you are reading this, consider yourself lucky for not doing business with cornerstone. please do not. please do yourself a favor and do not sign a contract. don't trust the commercial, and go with your gut after seeing who runs the company and do not trust them. they demand all of the money up front before even 20% of the work is done. then you are screwed and have nowhere to go. you can threaten to **** and be told to not threaten or the job will not be finished, even though they have all your money. it is the dictionary definition of a scam. they came in my house to demo and took out all of our kitchen and master bathroom cabinet doors, and our kitchen and master bathroom countertops. all of our kitchen and bath belongings were put in boxes. after they demo'd our house, they said "oops we forgot to order your cabinet doors". to make a very long story and 4 months of absolute misery and fighting short, we still do not have a fully functioning kitchen. cornerstone claims they have the product, then come back 2 weeks later and say "oh sorry that was ordered but never came." salespeople, project managers, management etc. all **** and lie constantly. we were promised a 5 day job, and now 4 months later are still "begging" for someone to come out and put handles on our doors and cabinets, caulk, and finish our trim work. they refuse to finish because they have our $50,000 and there is nothing we can do about it. it is nothing but constant lies and nonsense. this was by far the worst experience I have ever dealt with and I have completely gutted out numerous houses in my life. this was a simple job that cornerstone made into a living nightmare for me and my family. I asked for some type of restitution and upper management will not respond to numerous requests from salesman. I have emails and texts proving this. father and son don't care and are preying on people believing their c*** on tv. again do yourself a favor and do not do business with cornerstone.

Worst customer service I have ever seen. Paid almost $50k for refacing of cabinets. Waited 4 months after we signed the contract. They took all the cabinet doors out and left. We found out cabinet doors were not even ordered yet when they started the project. We are not getting a response several weeks later as to what is going on. Legal action might be our next action!! Do not use them. Beware!!!
