Liars, cheaters. I had used them for years. Now they have the rudest front desk lady , went in with an appointment, she said it would be 5 hours, i had been there a week ago and they said I HAD NO OIL LEAK. 4 days later I call them saying I'm seeing drops, I take it in , they give me a $1000. Quote for an oil leak, I say SHOW ME, he takes me under,Andree the mechanic who told me my car looked fantastic, couldn't even look at me, and Kevin shows me all this oil with his eyes popping out of his head he's lying right to my face. A girl all alone. I had my boyfriend call and try to talk to him with Kevin's reasoning but Kevin refused to return calls. He's a liar and a coward!!!

I needed new tires and this Mobil was highly recommended by a friend. I spoke to Kevin who was very polite and professional. We arranged a time to drop my car off and all should have been fine. I came back a few hours later and paid my bill and walked out to my car and found the driver's side handle busted. I went back to ask what happened and was told by Renee, "none of my guys did this!". I explained that I was at the Nissan dealership yesterday and had the car thoroughly inspected and the handle was not broken. With that she said to come back next week and we will see what could be done. I said no, I want to know now. I understand that things happen, but not to be told and hoping I somehow wouldn't notice was just plain stupid. It has been almost two weeks and I haven't heard from them. I wanted to write this review because of the blatant dishonesty I encountered.Review from Sally C

We have an old car and Bill's Auto have been outstanding in the work they have done to keep it going
