Wesley Chapel Toyota sold me a Lifetime Warranty for four tire alignment, June 23, 2023. I moved to Ala in July 2023. Had car serviced at Toyota dealership 2/2024 in AL. *** dealership here did not accept the warranty. No place on the warranty does it state I had to have car serviced at the same dealership in the same state. I have made several attempts to get a refund of the $209.95. No one has recontacted me

Before buying an used car make sure you take a trusty mechanic with you on the purchase day... I bought my car back in 2020 and couple days after started to make a noise, I took it back because it was under warranty, the "technician" that looked over my car found "nothing" and the sales rep came back to me saying the technician told him that the prior owner was using regular oil instead synthetic and after couple oil changes the noise would go away. Well I normally take my car to ******* or take 5 for an oil change and the noise still there, I decided to take my car to the Toyota of ***** Bay this past Saturday for an oil change and they did an evaluation of my car per my request and results that the noise wasn't because of the wrong oil change, but because the front passenger axle and the end tie rod(both sides) need to be change. So now I'm here thinking, was the technician new and had no experience with cars or they were just trying to sell cars regardless of the conditions?,, this is something that could cause a bad accident for me and my family and of course y'all do nothing about it, because there's no longer a warranty and won't hold anyone accountable or be responsible for it. If anyone have any insight on how I can proceed with this situations please feel free to reply to this post, because that was irresponsable and unacceptable.

**************************** My husband and I purchased new Tacoma in 2007 from Toyota of Wesley Chapel, FL. We have been customers at this establishment for 16 years. TODAY was THE WORSE experience we have ever had there and will never return. We also purchased a 2016 Sienna through Toyota. My husband told me the ** had stopped working, not blowing cold air, no visual display. My husband got to Toyota at 7 am when they opened. They took our van in and informed my husband it might not be diagnosed until Monday 9/11/23! We simply wanted a diagnosis to determine the issue and an estimate. The estimate was $1685. To top off this very bad experience at Toyota of Wesley Chapel they charge us $192.55 to give us a FALSE estimate! Had to pay $192.55 to get an estimate of $1685.00!! (We can purchased that part ourselves for under $100!) Charging us for making us wait four hours to pick up a NON-Repaired Sienna per their Technician. For lying about our Sienna!!! Lying? Yes, Lying indeed!!! When I drove off in the Sienna, it was hot Outside. I turned the fan on to at least get some air moving and I was shocked, to say the least.Happily shocked, because COLD ** AIR was coming out. ** running totally finedisplaY working properly and cold comfortable air blowing. So we now realize what was the REAL ISSUE? The SYSTEM needed to be reset (not replaced!) by disconnecting it from van. NO! the ** Control Climate Control did NOT need to be replaced. The Technician disconnected, reconnected it and lied, lied, lied about needing a new Climate Control Panel! It is working fine! So did a Toyota Technician know this? Im sure he must know about resets! Pretty scary if he dord not! All the Sienna needed was a RESET! Nothing broken or failing.SO Toyota of Wesley Chapel wouldve taken our $1685.00 and not done a thing because nothing was actually broken. Beware !They made us pay $192.55 for a FALSE diagnosis. Dishonest business practice!I WANT A REFUND of $192.55.

I purchased two pre-owned vehicles from this dealership. The salesman held both cars out as certified inspected and provided signed inspections for both. I explained to salesman, Nick, that I was single mom working two jobs and needed reliable vehicle for my college bound son and myself. He assured me both vehicles were checked out from to bottom and good, solid cars. He provided, signed inspection reports for both. The car I bought for myself, I’ve had for three months. It has left me stranded twice. Before my first car payment I had to pay $905 in repairs, I’ve since spent another $242 and there is still issue with electrical. It is reasonable to believe that these issues would have been discovered if an inspection actually occurred. I reached out to Wesley Chapel Toyota. They dismissed me and offered no attempt to address the fact that they misrepresented themselves and the product they were selling. I contacted Toyota corporate on 7/7/23, they assured me that I would be contacted by Wesley chapel Toyota within days. I received a call on 8/9/23 from the dealership. The gentleman told me that one of the two cars worked so they didn’t misrepresent anything. I guess 50% of the truth is their bar. He told me “things happen” to cars. His demeanor confirmed my poor opinion of this dealership. By the end of the call I felt more insulted than ever! Ive given up on attempting to salvage my opinion of this business. I may purchase a Toyota. However, it will not be from Wesley Chapel Toyota! Beware to the prospective buyers!!

      Wesley Chapel Toyota Response

      08/10/2023

Wesley Chapel Toyota makes every attempt to catch issues with high mileage, as-is vehicles before selling them.  We do an inspection on every vehicle and as stated in this case we are transparent and happy to show any prospective buyer the findings of our inspection prior to them purchasing.  Unfortunately, some if these vehicles prove to be more reliable than others.  We always pride ourselves in trying to help customers with the costs of future repairs and I am happy to do so in this case.

Please feel free to reach out to me in the future if I can be of assistance.

I reached out to Wesley Chapel Toyota on 8/21/23 to follow up on their offer to resolve this matter by helping with the costs to repair the vehicle recently purchased from them. The representative had no idea of whom to refer me to. She promised to send a message to “Mike.” I gave my name and number and have not heard back. No offer to compensate me for the costs I have incurred was ever mentioned during any of conversations with the Dealership.

My husband and I had a return to Europe, and we needed a second car. Been went onto the website and found a white 2021 Camry red interior inside. It seemed too good to be accurate, and it only asked for $33,000. The dealer had contacted my husband after we had put an inquiry about the car that we wanted to look we were about 10 hours away, so they showed us pictures, and one not what they forgot to tell us that it was a Smoke Tray Car. They wanted to charge me 450 to deliver it. But when they tried to deliver it, the gentleman that delivered it asked us if we had ever smoked in the car and I looked at my husband and I said no we dont smoke. The dealer knew that the car had been smoke and they said they tried to remove the smoke but you cant get it Smoke out of a car and Im assuming thats probably why it was $33,000 we have tried to contact the dealer multiple times the reception name **** was very rude. My bank had called them multiple times. They also hung up on her as well when it comes to **************** I think all they care about is making their money but they never want to help us. They refuse to help us they refused to give us our 450 but luckily my bank refunded it because I never claimed and I dont have a car. Its pretty sad that these days , they are not communicating with us. They just wanted the money. They refused to tell us anything about the car just by the pictures I think that was our fault. We shouldve just went down there. It was too good to be true. *********************** and ******** were the people that sold us the car it was completely fake and that is why Im letting you know that when you go to Wesley Chapel in Toyota please go check out the car do a thorough investigating , theyll try to sell your car thats been damaged and when we had the car shipped the tow truck people that delivered the car had damaged it we did not claim it. We did not touch the car. Luckily we got our money back but I just want you all to be aware. This is learning.

This dealership is pure trash. My sales lady was ********. Had I known that one of these reviews specifically was against her I would have never agreed to even sit with her and write a deal. I paid for my car upfront, and once it arrived, it has been damaged in transit. She was very harsh towards me and tried to pull a no nonsense approach with me and act tough and was telling me that they were going to pay to fix it but I had to leave with it, as is and that they would fix it later. I asked if I could get additional compensation for that or something to make it right and she refused. Any negotiation that you try with her she will make personal and say that she is trying to feed her kids and that youre trying to stop that from happening like you dont have your own kids and financial responsibilities. I think that is a cheap shot for a sales person to try to make it personal so that they can get more commission . Its not like she gave us a fabulous deal, it was a new car so we paid what it was worth. I refused to take the damaged car and chose a different one which was not in the color I wanted, but was at least not damaged. She begrudgingly included a cargo liner to make it right which is only a $130 value and should have been included regardless, because Id paid for WeatherTech to be included. They never provided me with paperwork to prove that I purchased a vehicle and no tags. There was a mixup because I guess they are too stupid to handle that I did not buy the initial damaged vehicle, and the *** changed on the paperwork. So they gave me the incorrect paperwork after I made a visit specifically for paperwork because they gave me nothing. I had to call and email and text pretty relentlessly to get the right paperwork. These people love to ignore you after they have your money. I paid them the remaining funds that was left on my loan (for my trade-in vehicle) and it has been 10 days and they have yet to pay off the loan. They are ignoring all my calls.

Charged higher interest rate should be 1.9% for 36 months they charged 4.99% wanted more money .Bought Rav 4 2022 XSE . Agreed with salesman at 1.9 % finance charged 4.99% good credit score makes 12000 a month. Bad service. Waited more than a month for the vehicle . Need to adjust the rate as every Toyota dealers are giving 1.9% rate for 36 months till may 31 st. They wanted 4000 dollars more . Need to contact the head office to resolve this issue. Will complain about the bad policy. The price agreed was 45,777.00 out of door with 1.9% had to pay 4.99% we had no choice as there was only one vehicle left on the lot and had paid 500 down payment. But will make a complain to the highest level until problem is not solved. .bought the vehicle for my daughter. It's a matter of principle here. Thank you hope to resolve it soon. Salesman says something and finance department charges more. I have proof that every Toyota dealers charges 1.9% for 36 months

Left a $500.00 Deposit on 4/28/2022 at Wesley Chapel Toyota with sales person Caroline Arell to order a Toyota Highlander Platinum model. I found out dealership MSRP for the car was $500.00 over MSRP that Toyota Lists that model for. Also I was charged $599.00 for Perma Plate and $1595 for pro pack package , I already had added installed accessories that covered many of those items. I called and Emailed Caroline about these matters and she kept telling she would have to speak to Dominick F. who wrote the deal. As of Monday 5/02/2022 I never heard back from Caroline A. I called her she said she would get back to me on the above matters after she spoke to her manager, after several hours I called her back she still had no answer , I told her to cancel the deal and credit my credit for the deposit. She hung up on me. After dealing with this internet sales person I would rather not do any business with this dealership. I emailed there website speak to the boss but received no response.

I'm in the market for a Toyota Camry, I had been emailing with Christine Rodriguez a "manager"
At WC Toyota. I had spoke to Village Toyota and Sun Toyota. Village Toyota did send me a price work sheet and added about 2K for an advantage warranty. I was emailing Christine and asked her twice if they require the advantage warranty. She said no, all the fees were on the spec sheet she sent me. There were two charges on the spec sheet $699 for Toyogaurd Platinum and $209 for two USB ports. Went down there yesterday ready to buy a pre-owned car that was on their website or put a deposit on a new car. Kelly the sales person tells me the cars I found online are not available and they really don't have many cars. She took my keys to "appraise" my trade and then came back with the worksheet for a new Camry with charges of $599, $599, $1595 all for extra warranty items they add. I said why are they adding those charges. I specifically asked Chritsine about that, she had no idea. I said no thanks, give me my keys back.
I left and today emailed Christine this is what she said: We did not get into the out the door numbers on the vehicle. These items that were presented to you are not warranty items.
I told her I'm not interested. I think with they should be upfront with the fees they are going to add, we were not discussing the price of the car only the fact if she was going to
"require" extra junk fees that I don't want to buy.
I won't be going back there.
