After visiting 4 dealership and unsuccessfully trying to get a car, ******* was calling me to come to Suntoyota but I had already lost hope and I didnt want to come by. He convinced me to go into Suntoyota and helped me to get approved in my new vehicle!!! Im so happy and excited since I REALLY needed a car. He estado buscando vehículos por un largo tiempo y no pude encontrar un buen carro ni un buen precio. Luego de haber hablado con Ricardo me ayudó a venir acá. Do not bring your car here for service they charge 2x what everyone else charges and once you do any sort of service or repair with them they will never stop calling and emailing you! I have asked them 10x to please take my number off their call list, I have unsubscribed from their emails at least 3x, I have blocked 2 different numbers from their service department and yet I still received 3 calls and 2 voicemails just yesterday 9/10/24. I called back and asked to speak to a manager, again reiterated I was not interested in doing business with them and I STILL received another email from them this morning! I dont even live in ** anymore, but if I did it is the last place I would do business with.Review from Ashley B

Purchased a 2018 **** Edge on August 18th. The car was not cleaned, windows were smeared, something was spilled on console not cleaned, dirt on backseat was not addressed. I was very disappointed. I emailed representative that helped ****** was told to bring the car back for a detail. I made an appointment for following week. Appointment set for August 26th. I arrived at 10:00 was told to have a seat . I know detailing take time but I was there from 10:00 until almost 2:00. Once again I'm disappointed. I live 45 minutes one way and after spending all that time & gas I was not happy. They sprayed some air freshner, ran it through car wash. I emailed him again and told it was absolutely unacceptable and going to see what management could do that was 7 business days ago and no response.
