      My experience with Parks Ford of Wesley Chapel was very disappointing. The dealer didnt honor the deal we have worked on for two days and sold the vehicle to another customer, because I was working the deal remotely. The vehicle was sold to another customer who came in at the last minute just because they were at the dealership, even though they have pulled my credit and asked to come to the dealership to personally sealed the deal.Parks Ford of Wesley Chapel didnt only keep their word, but affected my vehicle buying experience by placing a hard inquiry on my credit report and affecting my next vehicle buying experience.Parks Ford of Wesley Chapel wasted my time, efforts and resources. Dealership needs to be honest to customer. I believe I was disrespected and treated very unfairly.

      I waited 3 days to get a price and time to do a test drive on a car because the car ,a new trade , in was being tested and serviced and they couldn't do it until it was finished. Then they sold the car to someone else. They said they don't hold cars. I didn't ask them to hold it, just for info. I would have gone in the first day and purchased it but they told me no. Apparently it was okay for someone else to do it while it was being tested, just not me. This is what they do to a cash buyer. They didn't even ask if they could interest me in something else. The worst customer sevice I've ever experienced.

      I am posting this review on BBB since frankly what I read on the other reviews worried me a bit. I purchased a used vehicle from Parks Ford of Wesley Chapel in February of 2022. I made the purchase out of state which was a little bit out of my comfort zone. Although it took longer than an in-person purchase would normally take, everything went well. The vehicle met all of my expectations and there were no bad surprises. The staff there, especially the used car manager, went out of their way to make things go through as smoothly as possible and to accommodate my busy schedule. I would definitely recommend Parks Ford even if you are looking from out of state. Special thanks to the used car staff.

      August 5, 2021, zero stars would be better, my 2017 Ford Fusion S 40,000 miles, has a leak at the C pillar or could be back window, it's really clear the car has a interior leak. No problem the car is still under the 5 year bumper to bumper warranty for such items. Called, made an appointment to take it in today, upon arrival Parks Ford service writer (besides being borderline rude) tells us we have to pay an extra $150 - $100 dollars for diagnostic work....to then fix a warranty item, because the service writer stated, "your warranty will run out in December."

      It's under full warranty today though, there was no argument over that.

      So besides the issues of they can't put a number on the cost of diagnostic work, till after they do it, why would anyone have to pay anything to have any warranty work completed, at the dealership.

      Steer clear of PARKS FORD, go someplace else.

      Contacted Parks on 06/15/2021 to inquire about a new 2021 Ranger. I explained to the salesperson I had a 2021 Nissan to trade with less than 200 miles on it and it was owned outright. Now I had been shopping new and used Rangers for 2 days and have heard every story under the sun and most new Rangers were requiring 3k-4k of my money after the trade (wasn't happening anyways) but, to top it off I had a sales manager call me not for specifics on the trade or more hardline numbers but, to question my integrity on how I acquired a 2021 without a lien, why I wanted to trade etc. Basically questions which were none of his business, It's my vehicle and if I want to trade it after 200 miles that's my damn business. Then the icing on the cake was they were the ONLY Ford deanship literally on the panhandle to tell me the couldn't give me a price on my trade until the title cleared. Maybe Mr. Parks needs to have a hard conversation with his holier then thou management team as to NEVER make a customer feel dishonest or as I'm trying to pull a fast one over on you. Go ahead and wait the 30 days for that title to clear, and when I buy a new Ranger from a reputable dealership that knows how to treat their customers I will forward you the pictures with my smiling face and the middle finger as a gesture to your piss poor dealings in my business transaction or lack thereof.
