Promised Cigarette contamination would be removed Rotted tires Stereo system fail Cracked transmission Leaking oils Had car almost as much time as I owned I drove car home from lot smelling burning oils ,no callback from salesman or GM Jay Offer a 100k warranty for 2000.00 then raised by 500.00 in a few minutes They said Cracked transmission was easy fix but didn't have time to fill a slot ?? ?? How did this car pass inspection ? No general management call backs No salesman call backs I am worried about the car especially the future I paid cash for car Did I pay for certificate of inspection? This is a nightmare even if I got car back today ?? Stay away from this creepy place Very poor treatment!

The service department tried to take advantage of my 18 year old daughter to the tune of $365! She took her car up for an oil change and broke her key. They fixed it but said she needed to bring her spare key back so they could program it. She went and tried to charge her $365. Thank goodness she said no. Dont buy a car from these people or believe anything the service department tells you.Review from Anh C

Do not buy a car here. They will find every way to ***** you over to sell a car. They put me so financially screwed that now I’m stuck with a car that I owe more than the car is worth. Not to mention the 5k I had to put out to pay for mechanical issues such as a new fuel tank, spark plugs, fuel canister and filter, and more. I got the car in Dec and it’s been in shop more than I’ve had my car. These people are crooks. I’m warning, do not buy from these guys. They don’t care about you or have any morals.

This location has horrible customer service, I would never buy from here, and will never recommend to anyone, not even my worst enemy. We purchased a car a few months ago, and the experience has been awful, if could give the car back I would, I am specifically talking about service department. I wrote a letter to the manager of the location and no response months ago. The techs are horrible when speaking to you. My husband got to the counter, and the woman ask have you been helped, and then says whats up, sounds a little racist to me, I could right a book about the bad service, I would not recommend this location, maybe another location oh yeah, and they blame everything on the computers no matter what it is. Buying process wasnt too bad. Until 2 days later they asked for more money to pay off the car I traded In. Another $750. They didnt get the right payoff I guess. I didnt love the car so traded it in 2 weeks later at **** and went back to Hyundai to cancel my extended warranties and their true color came out. Not helpful at all. Its been about 2 months and still no refund. Ive left multiple messages and no one has called me back. I will never do business with them again. Ive bought a lot of cars over the years and cancelled many warranties and Ive never had this problem before.Review from Kayla R

I wish I could give a zero. I was sold a brand new 2022 palisade from this dealership. 2 weeks later I started having problems. While at a red light or stop sign or whenever I have to stop. It would turn completely off. I would have to put it on park and then turn it back on. I made an appointment. I took it in the service guy Mr. L said they found nothing wrong. So as I was trying to explain it to him he kept cutting me off and asked me what happened when you pressed the gas nothing happened because the car was off. Then he said press the auto stopped button and it should stop doing that. Time passed it started back doing it with the auto stopped button pushed then it started not cranking up the 1st time I try to crank it up. Then it started shaking and smoking and had a burning smell. I pulled over then it would not crank up at all. I was told by the people there to hurry up and get rid of that vehicle because the engine was bad. A brand new vehicle. Then the tow truck company had to tow it to this dealership. I went in and talked to the salesman that sold me the lemon. I explained the situation and that I wanted a new car. The saleman exact words were we will see about getting you into a new one with the same payments. They kept that vehicle for 5 or more days because they had to order parts for the engine. When I returned to get it I was told the new palisade would be in August 18. They ran my credit and had me to sign documents stating that I would receive a new palisade when it arrives. We agreed on a price and I signed on it. When the vehicle came they went back on the price and wanted me to put down a down payment. So basically they lied to me and I'm stuck with a lemon. When I purchased the lemon I traded in a vehicle and put down a down payment. So basically this company lied and robbed me at least that's how I feel. I was sold a lemon told I was getting a new car and then they went back on the agreement.Review from Beth D

I would give ZERO stars to this business. They made an error on my lease buyout paperwork and I now cannot obtain the title. I have spent 2 months calling the dealership, Hyundai Finance, the Division of Motor Vehicles and finally the Tax Collector's office. Only the Tax Collector was honest enough to tell me the truth. They placed a lein on the title that I believe was on purpose and had me sign the paperwork on a tablet where I was unable to read all the details. I was not provided a receipt when I gave the dealership 17k or I would have likely found the error. This dealership refused to help, refused to offer an explaination, refused to provide the name of the GM for the Sheriff's Department and in an email told me to call their lawyer. They should be shut down. I will spend the rest of my days making sure everyone knows how criminal this dealership is. Please DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE. I just spoke with Mrs. ***** and our accounting Dept is working on releasing the lien that was supmitted by accident.
It will be handled and released it might take 5-7 days with the state to release it.Customer Response

UPDATE: After speaking with the dealership's General Manager, I was able to request my title in about 10 days. It arrived today. This doesn't excuse the 3 months of sheer frustration I suffered trying to obtain a title for a car I purchased with cash. Unfortunately you've lost a customer of over 10 years.
