      Sent to me from American Home Sheild. They are a fraud. They didn't maintain my ac unit 2 years ago when I paid them to do so through AHS. Now they came and said I need a new condenser. I paid AHS 125$ for this visit. They claim I need a new condenser but a local company is cleaning the condenser right now for $125.I've canceled AHS too. No ac companies in my area will work with them. As soon as I told the local company AHS sent the tech they asked if it was INTEGRITY. Integrity has earned their bad reputation.

      This is my third time having Integrity Air Conditioning out to service my air conditioner. Every time I am left with 100% satisfaction from their services, I always recommend them to people having A/C issues.

      Our heater went out over the holiday weekend. Integrity was assigned out claim from our home warranty company. They came right out on Tuesday and got us up and running. The technicians were helpful and the office staff was very efficient.

      My initial interaction with the tech was great. Then called to follow up about AHS approval and the young lady on the phone was about as helpful as a flat tire. Basically she is reading a script and has no concern about the customer. Not a great first impression for sure, let's hope it gets better! After reading the reviews, not much good has been said about this company.

      Horrible company. Took them 3 weeks to fix our air conditioner. We live in sw Florida and I told them my husband has COPD, please expedite. They had to order a part. I checked the model and part number and found the part right here in town. They said they order from their own company. When they finally got the part, they realized something else was wrong, should have noticed that before. Had to order another part which they could have gone around the corner to home depot to get in stock.
      When they finally showed up 3 weeks later, they demanded $375 for freon, paid first or they wouldn't touch it. After he argued with my sick husband, My husband gave him a credit card. They said no credit or debit card, cash only. My husband gave him cash and asked for a receipt. He said we'll email it to you. Never should you give cash without proof of payment!

      Installed a/c system & apparently not licensed in my area. Ceiling mounted air handler is sagging & pulling away from ceiling due to inproper supports. Calls to company have gone unreturned... Integrity would seem to be an inappropriate name for their company.

      I am sorry that you are not satisfied with our installation. To clarify some of your concerns. We are a State licensed HVAC contractor that can conduct business throughout the state of Florida. Each building municipality has their own process for applying for and completing building permits. COVID has made these processes less than efficient as many staff are working remotely and many offices remain closed to in person appointments. The city of Punta Gorda has all of the required documentation from our office and has informed us that they are "extremely behind", their words, and they will contact our office as soon as they have processed them. To address your air handler, we are unaware of any issues with your installation. Please call the office at your convenience and we will schedule someone to come out and address the air handler. I look forward to working with you to resolve your concerns.

      Your installers were well aware of my concerns about the ductwork sagging from the ceiling (bracing now bowed +/- 1 1/2". They used a drywall mud type of material to close and cover the ductwork gap (now gapping again). They were also aware of my concern that only 2 cross supports when they told me that 3 were normally used but they had difficulty putting a third support in. I was told the installation would be inspected & I could be assured if anything else was needed they would come back. When I said I would pay the balance upon completion of the inspection, I was pressured to pay that day which I reflectively should not have done.
      As to Integrity not being aware of my concerns, I specifically told the receptionist & she promised to have a supervisor contact me. This conversation was repeated 3 times with no return calls.
      By this response, Integrity cannot say they are unaware of my concerns. Having left 3 messages without response, I will await their call to me.

      I had a failure on my AC system- Integrity Falsely claimed failed parts which my Home Warranty would not cover, ($500+) and pressured me to pay Integrity to install a new system directly through them. NOTE: I pay a Home warranty company to keep my unit running..... Thats what you pay for. Thats what home warranty companies exist for. The ongoing problem was again authorized by the Warranty company, when we called Integrity to come and repair. Integrity then called the home warranty company and got the authorization reversed. At this point the warranty company would not pay for repairs to my AC unit, because of False claims by integrity. This was the revenge for not paying Integrity for a new AC unit. Beware of this business and their corrupt conduct.

      American home shield sent Integrity out to fix my ac but unfortunately it was a sunday when it went out but first thing monday morning a tech came by and fixed it within an hour. Very polite and professional. Thank you Mark and Integrity. Integrity is very good and I will use them again!

      I had an excellent experience. The technician arrived on time, he called ahead, and fixed my problem right there with no extra cost for me. The lady I spoke to in the office was friendly and did a great job explaining the home warranty process to me. I would definitely have them out again.
