Had an HVAC system replaced. Quite expensive compared to other providers but able to replace a failed system in 3 days rather than weeks. Employee TJ was very nice and quickly troubleshot the problem to a failed condenser unit. TJ told me about their replacement products and was available for questions even after the sale. The 2 BEST employees James and Danny arrived on time and worked efficiently during the refit. They were thorough, professional and communicated well. As a retired Airline Mechanic I was impressed with their skills and knowledge. The only reason for the 4 star rating was BEST's initial cost was above other quotes. You get what you pay for however and I'm satisfied with the results and quality of their work.Review from Christine M

The employees of Best Homes are wonderful. Today we had the help from EDWIN M. He was very conscientious and polite. Edwin took the time to explain and show us the problem with our AC unit. He was honest and upfront about all costs to be incurred. My only disappointment with Best Home Services is the extremely high annual membership! After having 57 calls over the years to still he docked $149 annually is really a slap in the face. We've been LOYAL customers who BUILT the company! CMMReview from Belinda B

I signed a one year contract in April 2023. In March of 2024, I called and spoke to *****, and explained I did NOT want to renew the contract. ***** assured me there was NO credit card on file, and I would not be charged. A few days later, I received an email letting me know it was almost time to renew my contract. ONCE AGAIN, I called and this time ***** told me he would make a note of this so I would not be contacted again. I opened my credit card bill for ***** AND GUESS WHO CHARGED ME $199 for a contract I had called about TWICE! I called on April 15th and asked for this charge to be removed and was assured it would be credited to my card. It is April 22nd, 7 days later, and still no credit. Since calling them to CANCEL the contract didn't work very well, I have made two MORE calls to them and am told my credit is being processed. I have also filed a dispute with the credit card company. NOT HAPPY AT ALL with this company....Still looking for that credit....Don't sign contract -

Always terrific technicians and service. Seems like a lot of upselling at times, I always know its going to be expensive when they come. I can always turn them down without issue but it doesnt seem prudent without more knowledge of plumbing, electrical and AC systems which I of course dont have. But, when you have a 20 year old condo you have to rely on their knowledge and I do.
