*** we have found the ********** we never knew existed. We love ********* Cooling and Heating, they go way out of their realm to satisfy their customer's.Not only are they taking care of both of our AC Units, they always check and clean the Dryer vent as well as check all of our fire alarms, now how many other AC companies have you had do that? We have had several in a lot of years and trust me , ********* is the very first to do these extras. They are truly helping watch out for your investment and home.Their employees are always polite and just so darn neat and tidy as well.Truly a delight to have them in our home.***** and ******* ******

********* goes above and beyond expectations. A problem developed and they immediately responded saying they were responsible for what happened and would fix it. After-hours service tech responded quickly. Diagnosed the problem and handled repair/correction immediately. Tech was knowledgeable, respectful and polite. *******'s (specifically Beadles the technician) did a great job in correcting my air conditioning problem. She arrived 2-3 hours early to get my air working again...on a Sunday. I have found that they are reliable and honest...just what you want when it comes to repairs. I have the annual maintenance package, and it is worth it. I chose *******'s for an estimate on a referral from friends. My AC system is currently working fine, but is 34+ years old and I want to get ahead of any problems and hopefully lower my electric bills with a more efficient system. ***** was professional, clear and concise with information and quick to respond with my choices/estimates. Called *******'s along with four other AC companies to obtain a quote for a new AC unit. ***********************, Comfort Consultant for *******'s, was the most knowledgeable and professional of all the sales personnel I interviewed during this process. He easily answered all of my questions and was very helpful in guiding me, along the way, to my final decision. Before hand, I did research on each and every company that I selected to quote on this project. I utilized my 40+ years of business experience to help guide my decision.
