A/C issues and no correct diagnostics..........ABS Air was then the 3rd company sent by the warranty company. ABS diagnosed a leak in the cooling line and that the cooling line would need to be replaced. This was not covered under the warranty as it was not part of the unit itself. ABS tech gave me a quote, I agreed to have them do the work. I took a day off work; they were to arrive between 10AM - 12PM. at 1:30PM no one had shown up and no call was received. I called and they said the truck had a flat and the repair would have to be rescheduled. It is not easy for me to get off work and I insisted I needed them to come today and it was agreed they would. At about 3:00PM ******* came and walked around saying the tech that was here last time to do the quote called off and they didn't even have enough of the piping to do the job. Ok, so there was some miscommunication and now it would have to be rescheduled. The second day their arrival time was between ****AM, they arrived at 11:40AM. They spent approximately 4 1/2 hours attempting to run piping through the space between the 1st and 2nd floor to come out of the house through the soffit. They left, without finishing that day. Two days later, (Friday) I got a call from ABS apologizing for the issues that the techs were having and promising to make it right. I was told the "Head Technician" would be out to the job on Monday to do what needed to be done to fix any issues. I took off another day of work. The night before, I was told that the head technician was on vacation and wouldn't be back until Wednesday. Ok again, miscommunication. Then on the Tuesday before our scheduled Wednesday repair date, I got a text saying that the company had "big staff hit and would not have the manpower to do the job" but would recommend another company. So I have no A/C and holes in my soffit for piping that isn't there. Everyone I have called for an estimate has said any work they did, they would not use. So now I start over!!

There are no words to express how sorry we are that you had this unfortunate experience.  This job was not in our normal territory.  We agreed to help out since the other companies were not able to provide service.  Like all small companies, we are currently experiencing staffing issues.  One of our employees that was assigned to this job called out sick and another had a family funeral. These were situations out of our control. We respect our customers' time constraints and try to work within those parameters and strive to provide our customers the best service possible.
