The Senica Technician (****** *.) came out per the scheduled time for our yearly maintenance. ******* knowledge, professionalism and focus on education to the homeowner to make educated choices for their appliances is unmatched in my experience as a homeowner of 25+ years. Technician arrived on time. Asked what the problem was. He began by checking the heat pump outside for temperatures and pressures. He then got a leak detector and checked the unit. Next He came inside and checked the A-coil for leaks on the air handler. He also had me change the filter. After finding the leak he topped off my freon as a temporary fix. He is ordering a new A-coil which is covered under warranty. Beck the technician is courteous and professional and is asset to Senica Air Conditioning Company. Glenn ParduhnReview from Hope R

Senica came out in the same day, even though we had not called until 12:30 pm, after hearing back from our usual company that they were unable to come. (They were called at 8 am.) The technician was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. He immediately diagnosed the problem and had it repaired within 45 minutes. He thought it was funny when our dog jumped into his van and took his picture. Our neighbor has a maintenance contract, including priority service with them, which is a good investment. Our A/C was broken when getting home after work. I reached out and set up an appointment for the next day. The service tech Kevin arrived earlier than I was originally told. He explained what he was doing and didn’t waste time beginning diagnosing. Unfortunately due to a poor installation from another company a few years back he had repair a few things along the way for safety and trouble shooting. With the help of his helper Hector they eventually found the cause for issue. Yet more buried wires that were improperly connected and caused multiple components to fail. He probably saved us from a fire. The two guys would best be described as Honest, Fair, strong communication skills, & I would say valuable assests to Senica Air. Highly recommend this company and will use no one else to service and repair our HVAC system from now on.Review from Bob P
