            On June 30 Jaime Central Conditioner & Heating Specialist did work at our house. Our AC unit was working/cooling OK but making some noise. Jayme quoted us $575 to replace rusty motor. He gave us a bill for $958, we told him we would have considered replacing the AC. He charged us for things we didn't discuss. We paid him, it seemed to be working, by afternoon the handler unit was short cycling. We called him and he came next day and said the handler's control board needed replacement. He denied work he did caused the handler to short cycle, the handler was working perfectly before. He tried to sell us a new AC unit. A day later the handler stopped working completely. We called Jayme and asked to either pick up the parts and reimburse us minus his labor. He lost his temper and hung up on the phone. We called him again, he came over & offered to pay $182 for the parts, this amount was so much lower than what he had claimed he paid for these parts (motor and blade). we asked him to leave.

            I put in for a quote via BBB, Jaime Central *** ****** was one of the businesses listed as a responded to my request. I reached out to ***** to ask him questions on his preventive maintence plans, services and fees, and about four minutes into our conversation I heard another phone ringing on his end, so I told him I will hold on phone so that he can get to the other caller, but instead he said to me; as you can see I am very busy, goodbye lady and he hung up on me. I liked the fact that he is a small owned business, but I guess he is too small that he could not place me on hold and/or call me back. He did compare himself as performing better services than those who charges $69.00, versus his charges of $149., for the maintence plan of one cleaning annually or 189., for twice a year. I am aware you get what you pay and that's why I was asking him questions. I can not review ***** on his services as I will not have him in my home for any services, as nothing good comes from rushed services.
