      Gulf Coast Air is excellent!They have always done very well by us, price wise and service wise!******************* is a great technician!He is very thorough when performing maintenance on our A/C unit!He goes way beyond what is required on the job!

      I have used Gulf Coast Air Systems for the last 10 years to maintain my air conditioning. The technicians are *******************, courteous and take special care of my unit. They provide top -quality service at an affordable price. In January of 2023 my unit went out. Gulf Coast Air Systems was quick to get us a quote for replacement and also gave us a portable unit to use until the unit could be replaced. The change out crew, ****** and ****** were highly professional and did a high quality job and really went the extra mile to make sure we were satisfied.

      I have been using Gulf Coast Air Systems for many years! I just had a service on my 8 year old Lennox unit and I was very happy with Brandon’s service. He was a great tech and very helpful. He review how my system is running and recommended some services. Great company form the office staff to the service techs.

      On July 6 this year my air stopped working. My unit is only 3 years old and was purchased from Gulf Coast Air. Me and my family have been customers long before that. A technician Joe came out that day and told me the blower was broken and needed to be replaced. An order was placed. Meanwhile I am sweltering in my home which has now a temp on 90. I had to stay with friends to avoid having heat stroke! Called the next day and was told, very discourtesy, that it may be that Monday and most likely Wednesday of that week. Had no choice but to call another company which fixed my problem. The tech from Gulf Coast misdiagnosed and it turned out the compressor was not working AND it needed freon! It is now July 29th and have heard nothing from Gulf Coast. I am now afraid that I may have a faulty 3YEAR conditioner. Gulf Coast Air treated me, a former loyal customer, with total lack of resect and did not care about me at all. Could not keep silent . A company the size of Gulf Coast Air should never have mishandled my situation. Buyer beware!!!

      We have been in business since 1981 and although it does not happen often, we sometimes err. We agree that we did not communicate well with Ms. ***** We did advise her that the blower motor was not available locallyand did not set a date to change it but would call her when it came in (it is still on National back order as of 8/4/22). Many parts are not readilty avaliable due to factories shutting down for Covid, and we cannot stock all parts for all units. We did take a portable AC unit to her at no charge to ocool a room, ie a bedroom, so she could have some comfort.
      She paid a service call, and we quoted a price for labor to change the "factory" blower motor; the part was in warranty. The motor could have also caused a comporessor problem. The compressor would have been in warranty, but there would have been a labor charge and freon charge for replacement.
      Ms. Pace sent copies of the other AC company's invoices which indicate a compressor change (no part # listed (which warranty was done with Carrier), but there is no part# for the blower motor (so we do not know if it was a factory motor), and there is no warranty done with Carrier.
      We feel that we have made every reasonable attemto to address her concerns including refunding the service call. She would have had to pay any dealer for labor to change the parts.

      I read the negative review from Laura and believe that most reviews are written because a person feels they didn't get what they were promised or paid for. Seldom do people take the time to write a good review if their service was great. I've been a client of Gulf Coast Air Systems for 20 years now. I've had several technicians over the years and they have all been professional, courteous and took TLC of my property.
      I just had my fall maintenance service and a surge protector installed. Brandon Griggs has been my service technician for a few years now and he's the BEST of the BEST. He knows his trade and treats your equipment like it were his own. I know he looks after me; keeping my AC in top running condition and making sure I don't spend money needlessly. I appreciate this type of service. I feel like he's not just my technician but my AC friend. I also know that he's proud of Gulf Coast Air Systems and what they stand for. This also re-enforces my belief that I have the best AC company. ******
