Our main house A/C fan motor stopped working and I called Bruce Jones A/C as we have used them twice before. They promptly arrived and after a look at our A/C they advised us the fan motor was bad, they didn't have one in the truck or at the shop and it would be a 1-2 week wait due to parts. I asked if Covid's was causing the delay and he nodded yes. Told us he would go back to the shop order and let us know the cost. We were never contacted. Over the next six days I called the company number 5x, text messaged multiple, even left a message with the online answering service. But, I agreed to the order and knew the wait was 1-2 weeks. At no point were we left with the impression to contact another A/C service so I figured they may be overworked as it is the summer. I called from a different phone six days later and Bruce picks up right way...then he berates me for not getting another A/C company to fix the problem as I shouldn't have to wait that long. He wouldn't listen that his guys told me it would be 1-2 weeks and this was only day 6. He then says he will find out what's going on and call me back. Never got a call. Called another A/C company they came out in two hours and replaced the fan on the spot, he even laughed when I asked if there was a shortage of fans, he said no. I will never use, refer or recommend this company to anyone. I have no idea what I did to deserve this treatment, I only wish he would have had the integrity to refuse my trouble call rather than be so petty as to string my wife and I for SIX days without A/C. Unscrupulously telling us they would fix our A/C while they never planned too is unacceptable for any business. I feel they have acted out of MALICE and their actions demonstrate this company is unprofessional and lacks integrity.
