I hired Best Home Services in October 2018 to perform some plumbing work. The sales representative, ***** was very deceiving in stating that they would replace the concrete shower pan. On the day, the technicians arrived, they advised they dont perform any concrete work. (The entire basis of me hiring Best Home Services is I thought they would take care of the full scope of the shower pan). They also advise that they would need to drill a hole in the concrete to be able to connect plumbing to the bathtub. I asked them several times if they were going to take care of the hole in the concrete and they said,yes. On the next scheduled date that the technicians came out to install the bathtub, they advised that the hole shouldve been drilled by me and not them. They left and rescheduled for another date. This severely delayed my project with my client. I called and asked several times for an adjustment to their original quote and they did not have the decency to call me back and provide me a credit. On top of that, recently I was billed for an annual membership that I did not agree to. I am still waiting on a refund for this annual membership.Best Home Services Response

We had a very good experience with Mr Paul M*****. When our air conditioner went out, Paul after a few system checks he quickly determined the problem to the water drain pipe as being clogged with algae. After cleaning the plugged water line the air conditioner came on. Paul was very professional and his knowledge of air conditioners can only be described as excellent. In addition to this his customer service was also excellent. So much so that in the future we would like him to service our air conditioner.Best Home Services Response
