      Quench has been extremely disappointing. After purchasing a water machine for our small business, our contract was transferred to them. They raised our monthly bill without notice, which is a clear breach of contract since theres no clause allowing for that. They also failed to provide the promised annual maintenance, as stated in our contract, only showing up after three years. To make matters worse, we were charged paper fees even though we chose paperless billing. When we sought to get out of the contract due to their breach, they wanted to charge us nearly three times the value for a discontinued model. We just want to be done with this company. If you decide to work with them, be sure to read your contract carefully and hold them accountable.

      Our account is managed by a 3rd party... Field technician **** Main came today to perform routine maintenance. Once we told him of ongoing issues with pressure in the building he took the time to fully diagnose our water cooler. Our unit is flowing right again and looks cleaner than I've ever seen it.

      Quench has a horrible business model. They make their customers do all the work, such as scheduling the next appointment. Then when we do schedule the appointment, Quench does not show up. We had an appointment for July 10, which I had to call twice to schedule, and which I finally got a confirmation email for. I had to call twice, and they confirmed it twice, but they never showed up. Quench never texted, emailed, or called to let us know why they did not show up . We will be leaving Quench since they have shown us that they do not care about customers. They are very good at collecting their money every month. Other than being great at collecting their monthly payment, Quench STINKS. DO NOT USE this company.
