My bathtub was leaking so I called to see if I can get it repaired. The plumber came out Friday and said I needed a whole new faucet as the current one was old and nothing could be fixed on it. On Monday, he came back with the new Delta unit. My prior one was rectangle in size. He came out with a circular one and put it on and the sides were open and he told me I would need to get new two new tiles, as there was a gap in the wall which also made the shower not usable until the tile was fixed. I was so upset and begged him if anything else could be done, as I honestly didn't feel like calling a Tile company and spend more money. He insisted that nothing else could be done, so I paid him $550 and I began to start searching for tile companies to see what could be done. The next morning, we called the company back and sent a picture of what it looks like. She was very nice to get someone back to my house today. The two plumbers came out and knew right away they could get the rectangle plate one which would take care of the problem. The took care of it quickly and was able to resolve the problem. This was great! My concern it what if I didn't call and went through getting a tile company and spent more money for no reason when someone just didn't want to do it right the first time. Like I said, the office is super accommodating after I complained but I am very disatisifed that this occurred. We were offered a free drain cleaning....for my aggavation of searching for tile companies, worried about this and just going crazy. Not enough to get my business back again. I will not be using this company anymore for my plumbing services.
