      Their $19.99 monthly plan is a waste of money as their prices are so expensive that even when discounted are at the top end compared to other companies. They also recommended plumbing work that would have been just as cheap to replace the toilet with a brand new one.

Our Gold membership is our biggest value getting you 1 heating maintenance, 1 cooling maintenance, 1 plumbing inspection and a electrical inspection all for $19.95 a month covering all equipment in your home. Our pricing is consistently researched and compared to other companies within our area and comparable in size. We find that most of our clients say we are very well priced. We always give options on all our work which includes repair vs replace. Once again sorry you feel we are to expensive and would like to discuss this with you further. Sam ************

      I have finally left Marshall Services. A Marshall Services serviceman came to service my burner on November 1, 2023, backed into my driveway, and hit the brick wall that borders my driveway with his service truck, damaging 2 sections, including the foundation (He hit it twice). The serviceman took me to see the damage and told me that Marshalls would pay for repairs and that his manager would call me. Two weeks passed without hearing from Marshalls, so I finally called them. Every time I called, their office manager was "in a meeting" and would call back. I usually did not hear from her for days. That went on for a while until I finally sent a certified letter to the owner. They sent their landscaper out to see the damage, but all he did was argue with me about the damage and cracks that may have been there before the driver hit the wall. And their landscaper is not a licensed/insured mason. Marshalls would not give me their insurance information. For 6 weeks we have gone round and round until I finally filed a claim against them. Their bills are confusing. Their customer service is poor at best. And they are expensive.

      The owner is a wolf in sheep's clothing. He oversells once he knows what the customer is approved for loanwise. Because he portrayed himself as a good man and a Christian and owner of the company who came and spent time talking to my aunt he got her approved for a 12-year loan for a system that has not worked since day one. They've been here four times and now we're bringing electric heaters in. This is been going on since September. It's really ridiculous and the cost of the system is the third of the cost of the house and she can't afford it but she was talked into it.

      Chris was very informative, professional, and helpful. He identified the issues quickly, provided a full detailed description and when the work was finished reviewed what the home builder did and showed me what the original home builder did to shortcut and potentially cause issues - like a fire from arcing power. Chris saved us from potential disaster. Thank you Chris!

      Avoid this company. I do not know if they used to be good, but our experience has been a nightmare. It started with our air conditioner icing over. We called Marshall’s and after they came out they stated we needed a whole new system. We scheduled it for June 9th. Cost was $8000. Brad came, installed new system.. the next day guess what, the system was icing over again. The NEW system was doing what the “broken” one had been doing. We call, Brad comes back out the next Friday… only to say, after 3 hrs here, that he doesn’t know what is wrong it might need a part…really? The system you just installed? So was it not installed correct? Says he will order the part.. then we don’t here from them. We call, they blow us off… then when we finally get someone out, he says… oh, the part was never ordered. Then weeks later, comes out, oops, it’s the wrong part. Are you serious. This place seems to be run by incompetent people. Weeks go by, hear nothing. We call, they say, oh Brad has been sick… yeah, and? You are telling me NO one else can do anything? Even communicate to us? We paid $8000 for a new system that has not worked! We finally get a guy Brian, who states it was not installed correctly, it is off center and restricting the airflow, causing it to ice up, and we need a valve… again, on a brand new system. Everyone points fingers, no one seems to know anything…here we are in October… and still NOTHING from them. They sure took our money, but our air still does not work, no one responds or takes any accountability or does the job right. I was trying to give them a shot, the benefit of the doubt, but we have clearly been taken advantage of. At this point I do not even want them to pretend to try to “fix” it. They are terrible.

      We called Marshall Services for the condensation pump leaking in our ductless split system. Bryan, the tech, came out and said we had to give him a check for $252.66 first, which we did. He said he cleaned "boogers" with his finger and it stopped leaking but after he did the pump made a loud gurgling noise that could be heard through the whole house. He said this was "Normal" and for $700+ we can get a new pump, We told him that it had never done that before and it was not only not normal but this unit is by our bedroom and that no one would buy something that sounded like that. He said "Have a nice day" and walked out of our house. We recorded the noise with our cell phone and went to the office and played it to them. We were told that it would be looked into. We waited a couple weeks but no one called us so we called the office and were told they would be given the message. We waited another couple weeks and no one called us so we called again and a woman came to the phone. She said she would pull up the records to see how to rectify the situation and call us back. It has now been almost 10 weeks since the service and no one has called us back. We had someone else look at the pump and fix a drain line that was kinked and it now works quietly as it should. It is apparent to us that Marshall's way of rectifying problems is to ignore it! They answer the phone with "How can I make you happy today." Happy??? How about just caring about the customer enough to make things right!
