I have had quarterly service for several years, though they often "forget" to come. Recently they treated wasps in my home, and left a huge nest in my basement. I discovered live wasps still flying around and called and texted for someone to come out, clearly it's an emergency. Well, apparently it's only an emergency to me. The young lady who answered the phone did not think there was anything wrong with waiting 6 days for service, and let me know that it's not their fault that no one was around to answer calls or texts. She was happy to tell me I could cancel my contract any time and she hung up on me. Time to find an exterminator who actually cares about doing the job.Review from Michael I

after each service, the insects Pointe PC supposed to kill, went INSIDE the hose: thousands of ant with eggs, huge spiders, etc. And this happens after EACH service. Pointe explained that 10 days after service insects activity supposed to increase! Oh, yes! Why do I need this kind of service that sends insects into the house? And after I canceled their agreement, they charged me $150 termination fee.
