I just finished a 10 room whole house renovation. Working with all Martin's staff from sales and design help to installers both contracted and direct has been a pleasure. There was a problem with some hardwood product that the installers picked up on as they were doing the installation. They stopped explained the problem with the product, which was a milling issue from the factory and then removed it. New product was ordered and installed no questions asked. I was kept informed through the entire process. Great job!

Bonnie-sales-very helpful and knowledgeable. Konner-estimator- professional, courteous and explained very well what to expect. Greg-hardwood install- team worked well together, excellent work. Ron-carpet install-if it is possible to better than perfect he did it! Beautiful work around all the corners and closets, and efficient. Our sales person Steve was very knowledgeable and helped us narrow down our choices. Excellent product knowledge was the key! The person that came to the house to measure and figure out exactly what we needed was so accurate that we only had a 2’x3’ piece leftover. Mike, the installer, was on time, courteous, and very meticulous with every phase of the process. We liked the fact that he showed up in a Martin’s branded truck and represented their reputation during the entire process. The Martin’s approach is a “team” approach that gave us 5 Star Service! I recently purchased and had installed hunter douglas luminette blinds. Doris was my salesperson and she was very helpful, extremely knowledgeable and accommodating to all of my emails and phone calls in guiding me through the process of picking fabric and color. Suffice it to say that Doris was a delight to work with. Ed installed the blinds and he was both professional and knowledgeable and friendly. The blinds are beautiful. We couldn't have asked for a better experience with our flooring and window treatment purchase. We would definitely recommend Martin's Flooring without reservation. Kayloni was extremely easy to work with on the flooring - her measurements were precise, and she considered everything we would need, including transitions and moldings. She kept us up to date and the flooring (LVP and carpeting) was installed on time and professionally. Doris did a great job explaining the various window treatment options and helping us make selections that suited our needs. She is very detail oriented and responsive and we appreciated her comprehensive knowledge of all the available options.
