We put a deposit down on a 2024 Kia K5. After weeks of waiting for it to come in we were told they sold it to someone else. The salesman was named Mitchell. When we asked for our refund back it took over a week to get it back because he refunded it to a card number that wasn’t even ours! We had to call to ask about it. Also, when we asked to speak to a manager it took them over a week to call us. We would never recommend Turner Kia to anyone.

I am contacting the Bureau today in regard to horrendous service and to hopefully warn current and potential customers of Turner Kia to never return or go to this dealership in the first place. My 2013 Kia vehicle was taken here for service and as a vehicle with over 100,000 miles it can be considered higher mileage but not in the extreme. The vehicle in question has aged well and is taken care of with regular maintenance. After a routine oil change service at this dealership it was discovered that my vehicle was left without a properly maintained level of engine oil. Any vehicle needs this vital fluid to ensure continued service/operation. I did contact the dealership to discuss my concern and was told in no other words that I had a baseless accusation and that as vehicles age they will burn off all of their oil reserve from service to service. This statement alone is ridiculous and if true then there would be vehicles on the side of the road every single day. I could understand if my vehicle had had extremely high mileage (300,000) or was not in an almost pristine engine condition, that it would burn off or destroy some of the fluid in the engine but for an engine to completely be devoid of all oil after a routine service from a supposed reputable dealership is utter nonsense. I an not expecting any kind of financial compensation but I would like a message of some sort sent to the public because who knows what other lies and mishaps have happened to people with slightly older vehicles who have come here. It is unfair to be treated like this just for a dealership to make a buck. I believe but am of course unaware that these practices are occuring so that the dealership can ruin perfectly good working vehicles and have someone trapped/tricked into purchasing something newer from them. This is a common occurrence in the age of everyone being impressed by new and flashy things. But all that glitters is not gold.
