      I bought my car from this dealer in 2014 and since that day I have free oil change. Saturday 04-20-24 I was there for oil change and recall then they charge me $98 for recall !!! ( the recall should be free) and I received two (2) separate receipt that shown the oil change is free and they charge me $98 for labor and material for the recall. then I call them and **** said since dec-22-2023 oil change is not free any more and we charged you for the oil change!FYI: the person who toke my car told me your oil change is free. (same as past 10 years).Funny and disappointment.

      Horrible service. Left two messages and was told I would get a call back and never did have called several other times and get completely dropped when trying to transfer to an operator. Also reached out to Hyundai US and was told nobody could help. They would open a ticket and it could take up to eight business days. Time for a new vehicle and never again will it be a Hyundai.

      Have had 3 emergency issues (including recall engine issues) and every time they could not get to my car in less than 3 weeks. I ended up having to pay for a rental car while it sat on their lot for over 10 days waiting for a one hour recall fix. They fill up their time slots with easy oil changes and push any serious work off on other automotive centers. I currently have a car that looses speed and has actually shut off on me on route 495 which almost caused me to be in a horrible accident. Once again they wont help me. Nothing available for (you guessed it) three weeks. Their suggestion? Drive to Manassas Hyundai to have it fixed! Drive a car that randomly shuts down all the way to Manassas to be fixed! Mr. Peter K** has his staff trained to run interference with unhappy & slighted customers. No integrity, no service and absolutely no desire to keep repeat sales. Worst Car Service EVER. Wont ever buy a Hyundai again, which is sad, because I really did love my car. This place really needs to be investigated and audited.

      I have so much to say on this company but will not be very detailed, communication absolutely horrible. I feel that they should take money off my loan or take car back, why you say? I was given temp tags for 30 days and is expired. I literally had to email the manager and fuss out the manager who claims was unaware of issue because I'm an out of state buyer. First the finance department took 2 weeks after purchase of vehicle to start transfer of my tags but there was a discrepancy, Ban says will try to issue you new tags. Another 2 weeks passed recieved another call about a red flag on my name from MVA. If they were doing their job timely wouldn't have this issue. Now, cannot drive my car due to expired tags and expired registration which might I add is an issue for my job/s I have. I really would like assistance on this, I do not trust nothing about this company. Very unprofessional and the manager Leo after sending another email that I no longer want the car, he blatantly did not respond or call. Bad business, period!

Despite our team’s best efforts, there was an issue with MVA that was completely out of our control. You were informed of this, and you needed to resolve the issue before we could request to transfer tags or issue another temporary tag. Nevertheless, our tag & title team was notified that the issue has been resolved and they are preparing to overnight your new tags.
