They threatened to drop me as a customer if I didn't update my equipment. When they delivered the new machine they had me sign a small tablet where I could not read the specifics- the delivery person said it was just to confirm I received the new equipment. Nope, It was a contract for 60 months for rental. I have since received weekly calls that I owe a copay. I have primary and secondary insurance and when I went in person the service *** told me that they bill a copay before secondary insurance. I asked them not to and they still call me every week. This is just wrong!

I called yesterday & talked to ******, who was extremely helpful & got someone out to help me the very next day. ****** came & exchanged my concentrator & portable tanks for new ones & gave me a new mattress & all new tubing. I can't say enough about his curious demeanor, he was extremely helpful & very knowledgeable about everything. He's is an enormous asset to your company.Review from Terri D

As a new user of ************** the instructor was phenomenal. She explained everything, answered every question, provided tips, and preemptively provided guidance for things that may come up. She was easy to understand, pleasant, patient, and smiled throughout the entire process. I wish I could have given her 100 stars,
