THIS COMPANY HAS GOT TO BE THE ABSOLUTE WORST SHIPPING COMPANY EVER!!!!!!! Placed an order online at Home Depot for a bed, In November 2023, item shipped 12/4/23 as of 1/3/24 have not received item it's sitting in a warehouse and they NEVER answer the phone when you call for help. I've escalated two cases but can't get ahold of anyone. If you order something and see this is the company shipping cancel your order and go somewhere else.Review from Casey R

This company picked up a return from my porch and provided their own label for that. But they also took another package from my porch that clearly said “UPS please take” and had a UPS label on it. Now the package is missing and they claim they forward it to ups for me but the ups store said they never came in with it and the tracking still isn’t moving on the package. This is theft!!!! They will not tell me where my package is that they stole from my porch. I just want this made right and either want my other package back or want the value that it’s worth as ups claim will not help me since ups never got the package!Review from Joseph R

I would like to compliment the claims department at Pilot Air Freight, a Maersk company. I purchased a washing machine from my local Lowe's Home Center and a Pilot third party delivered. During installation damage occurred to my water line and I filed a claim. At each step in the process, I was treated with courtesy and in a professional manner. Specifically I commend claims representative Jessica C******* for her competence and attentstiveness.Review from David C

Pilot was contracted by The Beverage Factory to deliver a fridge to our home. The delivery window came and went, so I called their customer service number thinking they hadn't come. However the voicemail was full and hangs up. I emailed them and received no response. Later our neighbor told us it was sitting out in our driveway. They had set the fridge in the driveway, didn't ring the bell (we have a camera and nobody came to the door) and IT WAS RAINING! Awful service!Review from Michelle M

I paid $200 for delivery of a dishwasher and was told it would arrive on 2 different dates and it hasn't arrived yet. I called the company and the person I talked to was was very unconcerned and said it would be delivered tomorrow and brushed me off. I would like some of my money back because I was lied to and not notified about the delivey. They don't deserve a star but to move this along I will give them one.Review from Chris M

Sad that I have to even give this company a star - their company is should be negative stars. We've ordered from World Market twice in the last month. Both rugs. World Market sends us verification and tracking, then this company required us to contact them to schedule a date for us to receive the item. When we called on Wednesday the 22nd after receiving an email, one of their representatives, James, told us we couldn't schedule until Friday because it "wasn't on their dock." So we had to set a reminder to contact them back on Friday the 24th to schedule it for the following Wednesday - because, according to the company "they only deliver to our location in St Augustine on Wednesday's" so if we miss calling Friday to schedule, we wouldn't be able to get the rug until the following week. So we called back Friday spoke with another representative who took our call made the schedule and also took notes to have the driver call an hour before he arrived so we could make sure to be home - the schedule was set for 9-3. We went ahead and took the day off to be there for the package. No one ever showed. Then we call back and speak to James again who tells us they still don't have the package. I was extremely frustrated and told him he had until today (Friday the 31st) to verify where our rug was and give us a guaranteed delivery date - he said he couldn't because it's "still not on their dock" he said it was with there other carrier just sitting there - for 9 DAYS! Moved from Virginia to Atlanta in 2 days of ordering the product but hasn't moved for 9 from Georgia to Florida?! I even told him I'd go pick it up, he told me sorry we don't give that information out. At this point I'm on the phone with World Market to get my money back and go buy a rug somewhere that uses a delivery company that can actually figure out how to deliver an item or simply communicate properly. This shipping company is awful!!!! Ordered a kayak from Walmart and they used this crappy company to ship. Finally one month later walmart tells me the stupid company lost my kayak??? Hate that i had to even put 1 star! They deserved -5!!Review from Mary Leeann B.

The Pilot delivery person signed for and kept a television after I told him I wanted it returned to Walmart. I refused delivery because I had mistakenly ordered two. This was in Lubbock, Texas. Pilot refused to refund my money even though I filed a complaint with them. So, apparently, their workers can sign for and steal for themselves any delivery refused by a customer! I wish I could file criminal charges against this thief. Enjoy an $807 dollar TV on my charge! Crooks!Review from Ronald P

I ordered a large flatscreen TV from Walmart. It was delivered by Pilot. However, they delivered it 2 days late - and only after I complained about it. Further, somewhere during the shipping process, Pilot managed to bend the TV's frame and shatter the screen. I processed a refund through Walmart and they scheduled Pilot to pick up the TV for the return. Pilot did not arrive on the appointed day. They are the most unreliable and unprofessional company I've had the displeasure to work with in a long time. I am extremely disappointed and henceforth will not be doing business with companies that use Pilot for delivery. Horrible service!Review from Sarah S

I also have a series of pictures indicating my disproval for the delivery. The top box was 269# and stacked on another box, rendering it impossible to maneuver. The top box indicates not to tip it as well. When I spoke with Julia at Pilot she said that I got what Sam's Club ordered for a 'basic delivery'. I explained my issue was the incredibly heavy package delivered incorrectly, as well as the boxes tipping over and being damaged. Essentially I was told this was my own problem. This grill is 700-800# total. Nil customer service or understanding.
