I am glad to share My experience with Michael Nash design and build. We are living in Herndon Fairfax Virginia. We received Michael Nash design and build advertising by mail. I searched online and looked for their website . Then we called them and arranged Virtual Meeting. We had unfinished basement which was so small. And I decided to ask my son and his family to settle in our house while their house in California was being ready. I sent them some pictures and documents and explained my goals. So Sonny called me and surprised me by his offers . We together decided to extend one side the house and move the garage to the other side of the house . So Sam their master designer sent us the plan . In this plan we extended basement , main floor and second floor . Their plan approved and we received approval from county shortly. Then we sat meetings with tony the other designer and selected all materials one by one . We started this remodeling by end of February and the job finished week ago , on time and well managed. My son and his family moved to Virginia and their remodeling started in California. we start doing punch list which is take one month. We can not be happy more than this , specially we are spending time with our grandchildren. Definitely highly recommend great Michael Nash company. Special thanks and all respect for Sonny who supported and supporting us to Finish the job.

The craftmanship and materials on both the kitchen cabinets and backsplash tile are still very solid after many years of use. In addition, whenever a tweak or fix was needed, Mike from Michael Nash Build and Design was prompt in responding by arranging for workers to come to our house and fix the problem.

We’re thoroughly impressed with the work carried out by MNDB. They displayed great flexibility and accommodation throughout the entire process. Their efforts made our renovation a breeze, and we couldn't be happier with our new bathroom. The result is breathtaking and was completed within the designated timeframe. Tony did a fantastic job of leading us through the design and implementation of our remodeled bathroom. We loved working with Sonny & Oliver so much that we will be working with them again in the future when we are ready for an addition that will add in-law suite. Highly recommend!

The work was done with excellent quality. Dealing with builders and renovations can be a pain, but we now have a bathroom that we adore, that looks fantastic, and that was completed on time. Impressive work.

It took a while, as one might anticipate, but Michael Nash's skills and experience brought our bathroom to life. The design consulting and helping us select the perfect pieces made us quite happy. Their team is amazing and their customer service is top-notch. They are the best.

The CEO of Michael N***, Mr. S****, outlined everything in detail and provided a single, fixed price that would not alter until the project was finished, under any circumstances. They pledged to accommodate our preferences, tastes, choice of materials, and other factors. And they did a fantastic job of it.

We looked at a lot of building contractors before deciding on Michael Nash for our home extension and kitchen remodeling projects. They were the only company that assured us that they would handle everything correctly. In addition to having a stellar reputation they also offer extremely competitive pricing.

We just moved into the house of our dreams. The contemporary-style kitchen was gorgeous. I contacted Michael N*** to see if he could resolve a problem I discovered with the hinges. The issue was resolved immediately by their fantastic customer service and support team. I am thrilled with their service.

Not sure why we are not getting the service that others are - as I look through reviews. We contracted with Michael Nash in early 2021 for 5 major projects. At this time, we have one done. We dropped one because we wanted the focus on the other 4. Every other week, we have to meet with the owner and we are promised that work will be done and then it isn’t. In the last 3 weeks, we got 4 hours of work. The contract schedules - 4-8 weeks with a minimum of 3 days work - totally blown for 2 years. And oh by the way, we have paid for over 90% of the projects. It is disappointing - Michael Nash used to have this great reputation. It’s aggravating because they have our money and only have partial projects done.

We have done two Projects with 'Michael Nash Design, Build & Homes' for our home so far. Based on our experience with them, they will surely be the builders we will go to, for our next project too. We chose Michael Nash for our Home Extension and Kitchen Remodeling Projects, only after considering many Building Contractors. In addition to their great reputation and highly competitive pricing, they were the only one that gave us the confidence that they will handle everything right – from getting the County Approval for the concession on setback requirements, necessary permits, and the many things that go with such a big Project. It was our dream to have an exclusive Prayer Room built as an extension to our Single Family Home in Fairfax. When we decided to have our parents move in and live with us, we also felt the need to extend our Family Room. But the "setback" requirements from Fairfax County seemed to be a huge hurdle. None of the Contractors that we met, sounded like they knew how to handle it. Finally, Mr. Sonny – the CEO of Michael Nash, visited our home for a free estimate. He was the one that really inspired confidence in us that this challenge could be overcome. When we visited their Office to finalize the Contract, we were surprised to see how everything was laid out so clearly, with one flat price that will never change until the completion of the Project – no matter what. They made a promise to work with our tastes, preferences, materials selection, and everything else. And they did do a marvelous job in doing that. Of course it took a little more time than originally agreed. May be more supervision at each stage could have avoided it. But, now, after the completion of my Project, when we look back, we can only appreciate how well the Project was executed and how much we love the new look of our Home. Today, our gleaming new Kitchen & extended Family Rppm are the topic of discussions whenever visitors come.
