In the past McHales has done electric work, replaced an attic fan and most recently added sensor motion flood lights and landscape lighting in front of our house. Our electrical technician ************ was professional, respectful and responsive to our needs. He was very pleasant and nothing was too much to ask him to do. Always had a smile and would recommend him to everyone and would have him back to do other jobs for us in a heartbeat!! ***** and ******************McHales, Inc. Response

McHales has the most experienced, helpful and knowledgeable staff with a lot of experience.The girls in the office are so helpful. They call before the technician comes and understand issues when you explain them. All of the technicians we have had have been excellent. Their work is second to none. Great communication from the time the appointment was scheduled and an actual 30 minute call ahead as promised so I didnt lose the whole day waiting Great guy, very professional, explained everything he was doing.Very helpful with other steps I needed to take to get my inspection completed. McHales is a one stop shop for an ailing home. Mine needed immidiate replacement of toilet hardware which was fixed within an hour and they unclogged my bathtub drain as well. They were tidy and professional. What more could you ask for?McHales, Inc. Response

They sold me a Seimans breaker whole house protector. The tech that sold it to me said it covers the whole house even the computers if I have one.we had a wind storm and my computer got a charge and burnt out. I had the computer check an it unrepairable. McHale came out to check the protector. He looked at the warranty paper he gave me when he installed it.He said contact Seimans and tell them their product failed. Seiman warranty they sent me says they do not cover computers. My warranty has the act of god clause.I feel McHales talked me into a product knowing they were not covered. I have called them twice and they still have not responded. And Seimans should have to cover the cost of my computer because it’s call whole house.That bull the at of god.McHales, Inc. Response
