              Date of Transaction: 7/27/22 Paid to Cameo Services: $66,008.91 Cameo Services has made no attempt to refund money or complete job Complaint: Cameo Services was hired to complete a home restoration project after a tree fell on our roof on 3/12/22. Incremental payments were provided to Cameo as project progressed but on 10/17/22 a $10,000 check was written to move forward with floor refinishing and outside masonry work. *********************, President of Cameo Services, who we had been working with, has made no effort to make theses arrangements despite repeated emails and calls from us. We contacted ********************* at Cameo and asked him to refund us $13,339 which was the floor allowance and masonry allowance paid by our insurance company and then paid to Cameo. We have contacted a floor refinishing company and mason to complete this work which we will now have to pay out of our pocket because Cameo refuses to refund the insurance money they were paid.

              Do not trust Cameo services. We had lightning strike our house and Cameo came out to give us an estimate to repair the vinyl siding. I will not get into details but Cameo and their employees have integrity issues. I did not hire them because of their integrity issues.
