During the end of June, I had water damage in my basement. Within 24 hours after, I called Royal Water Damage, they had someone at my house to provide an estimate of the cost of mitigation. After I had agreed to the estimate, they had a crew begin the mitigation process within 2 hours. The crew was professional. The entire process only took a few days (less than a week). I would use this company again if I had water damage.Review from Candice E

Royal Water was incredible to work with after we had water damage from our upstairs bathroom. Nick was super attentive and swiftly started the process so we were able to start drying the area immediately. Everyone who came out was professional, courteous and communicative. A special thanks to Mickey and Steph's attention to detail as well as Matt, Anthony, and Danren. Would recommend Royal to anyone who experiences unfortunate water damage. We had a leak in our laundry room that caused damage to the ceiling and walls below it. Royal water damage came out the same day I contacted them, explained each step of their initial evaluation, the process of drying and testing, and demo. They were actually a higher quote than some other companies but their process and professionalism was unparalleled so I decided to move forward with them. They cordially worked with my home insurance company to handle some questions related to the claim. Each contact to the office with a question was handled very quickly. They recommended other contractors when I needed and were very polite and communicative throughout the process, I felt well cared for and would use them again should I need to.Royal Water Damage Restoration, Inc. We found our basement flooded on a Saturday night. The emergency plumber referred us to Royal. David came the following day. He evaluated the situation and recommended remediation on Monday. In the meantime, two small pumps were runnig to keep the water level low. A Royal crew arrived on Monday, pumped out water, removed debris and disinfected the place. They left equipment to dry out the place for three days. I am very pleased with the rapid response and the work done. David is a professional and great communicator. I called Royal for some damage after my water main leaked on the first floor of my home. Within an hour someone was on site to assess the damage and explain the process of what could be done to mitigate the water and begin restoration. They even sat with me and called my insurance company together so they could help to explain the situation to my insurance company which was very helpful. Once work began they arrived on time and worked fast. Everything was wrapped up as quickly as the situation allowed with little to no issues along the way. Every time I had a question and needed to call the office I was pleasantly greeted and given quick resolution. This is the kind of service that I hope to never need ever again, but if I do, I'll call Royal without hesitation.Royal Water Damage Restoration, Inc. Response
