When Mr. W***** called the crew lead the evening we left his home, our crew lead apologized for any inconvenience and explained that we could call the next morning to set up a time when one of our technicians could stop by and remedy any issues that he had.
We called his wife the next morning at 8:00 AM to set up a time that we could stop by. The appointment time was 2:00 PM. We arrived at 2:00 PM, our technician picked up the piece of plywood and folded drop cloth that we had left behind in the mulch bed. The door kit that we had installed was working appropriately. The vinyl on the cantilever was modified to the homeowner’s satisfaction. Our technician left their home a little before 3:00 PM.
The issues that were the basis of Mr. W*****’s complaints were resolved in under 24 hours.
As part of the State’s LIEEP weatherization program, before the state pays our invoice, an inspector goes to every home to verify the quality of our work. If we ever do anything that is not done to the program guidelines, we will be asked to return and make necessary modifications.
